The manager was a douche!! Go down Lancaster to the other store you will get good service there . Stay out of this store if you need help. Or are you willing to pay just to ask a few questions.

Mexican dude at the counter is a literal scammer told me I can’t buy a phone with cash from here he will only finance and run my credit went to a different store and they laughed at this dude and got it taken care of no problem .. not sure if he trying to still info or what very strange don’t trust him

Ana was absolutely wonderful. We switched 2 lines to Verizon, she helped us every step of the way. So patient, kind and amazing. She made sure we left knowing everything we needed to know and had us set up for everything, good to go. 2 days later we received a text of an upcoming amount due that was outrageously high and nothing we expected. Went to the store to discuss, without hesitation Ana jumped right out of her chair while helping others to make sure we were taken care of. She spent a lot of time with Customer service to resolve the issues and made sure we walked out the door, once again, satisfied. She stayed past her time scheduled to make sure her customers are taken care of. She is a blessing to the customer service world as she sincerely cares for her people. She is great at what she does. Verizon is very lucky to have her as an employee and we were truly blessed to share this experience with her. Customer service would be much better if we can clone Ana. She’s amazing. I highly recommend her. If you go to Verizon on Market St, ask for Ana.

Even though the store was really busy the guys took the time to greet everyone who came through that door. Most would find it overwhelming but these guys handled very professional and with a smile.
This company is very blessed to have such amazing employees and shoukd be
proud that they are Verizon employees. This store is a place customers want to come back to.
Thank you Newport Verizon. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I would highly recommend this store to all.

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store in Salem, Oregon, and overall, I had a positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, which made it easy to browse the available products and services.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly addressed my questions about upgrading my phone and changing my plan. They explained the options clearly and helped me choose a plan that fit my needs without pushing unnecessary extras.
One minor downside was the wait time; apparently it's not so easy to just return a product, there's some hope to jump thru. However, the process was smooth and efficient.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the assistance I received. I would recommend this Verizon store to others in the area.!

Hardly any stock and had one person on shift and they had a customer they where already helping. So I waited a good 20 minutes or so and didn't even say I be right with you or acknowledge me.

During opening business hours the entrance doors were LOCKED. We waited for awhile and finally a lady was aviable inside the lobby. But why is she ignoring? So we knocked yet again so she could open the door and she just hand waved us in. Confused, I tried to open the door again and this time it was unlocked. We entered and greeted her rather than the other way around, strange. She just kept working around the counter basically ignoring still. We then asked for an exchange of our sim card, saying the 800 verizon instructed me to request this at any location. ( Lies! ) The lady then rudely interrupted me to say they DO NOT carry sim cards at this location. I left confused and grumpy. Verizon, get it together! Hire workers that want to work and have a slim slice of customer service. This would have been better than what actually happened. Funny, I drove around the corner to 1991 Lancaster Drive and was helped with EXCELLENT service and left happy with my sim card. What an ordeal.

My previous review was 5 stars but quickly went to 1 star when I am getting charged for a phone I traded in. My sales rep was great and got great customer service from him. However the company Victra has done me no good with handling a certain situation that is now costing me $473!
I have emailed them and have heard nothing back from my responses to them based on the matter. Always shop corporate which verizon has a store on commercial street.
I would of shopped there if I knew I was going to have as many issues as I am having now with “Victra”.
