Placed an order online to pickup in store. The employee stated it wasn't ready. He was swearing a lot while speaking with a coworker and complaining about his boss. I left to come back later, only find out the order was marked as picked up. Either the employee stole the phone, or gave it to someone else. I'm currently working with Verizon to get a resolution. I've spent over an hour on hold while they escalate and try to sort it out. This store is owned by a 3rd party, who clearly have low standards for employees. My account now has a $1300 charge on it for a phone I never received.

I just saw Adrian at this store after getting flawed assistance at the South Salem location. He was able to fix the problem with expertise and alacrity. He was friendly and helpful and I recommend this store over the S. Salem location by far!

Was having a time trying to find the correct screen protector for my iPhone plus. I went in and Sky got me hooked up with the correct one(installed) and a case for it! Super great customer service!

I had the opportunity of working with Adrian at this location. I cant tell you how happy I am from the experience. Luckily he had phone in stock which I needed since my previous phone up and died on me when I woke up the same morning. Knowing how rude the Verizon on Commercial St is. I took the time extra 25 minutes to drive there to make sure I was given proper customer service. I was not disappointed this location has never let me down over the years. Honest and hardworking employees that simply want to help out the customer

On a busy day in this Verizon store we were given excellent service when we purchased two new phones and an Apple Watch. Novices to the new technology we felt respected and supported. Cody McByrd was the tech wizard who answered all our questions about various plans and features. Then he spent much time with my husband and me loading our devices, adding cases and protective shields to our new phones and answering more questions. He also took time to greet new customers, attend to them while never leaving us feeling unserved. Truly, Verizon can do no better than hiring professionals who know technology and service like Cody and others who stepped in, too, for particular support. West Salem is fortunate to have high quality people representing Verizon. I will always recommend this particular Verizon store to others.
