Elias was wonderful! Everyone I interacted with here was great and very professional, but I wanted to especially mention Elias, who helped me with frames. He went above and beyond to set me up with a nice pair of glasses. He took off, all over the store to bring back pairs of glasses that I might like, and assessed them on my face, which was very helpful because I'd have to put my nose 2 inches from a mirror to see it properly. He was the absolute best! Great employee and great person, very personable and listened to what I wanted, while being helpful and respectful!

Billed our insurance incorrectly, and refused to give me a refund even though it was their error.1/23/24 addendum: Continues to be a 1 star review. Despite initial promise of refund from customer service, there has not been a refund and no responses to my further inquiries.

I had the absolute worst eye appt I have EVER had. When I say the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, that is an understatement. I was argued with about everything from my medical conditions to my insurance. My adult daughter was with me and was shocked as well. She told me she would have walked out. I should have. They changed my rx and told me it would be one strength, it is different. I asked for trial contacts and they refused. I wasted my time, my money and my insurance benefits. I didn't notice my rx until I left. They told me it was finalized so I would have to see the doctor again. Save yourself money and use your insurance elsewhere. As I now have to see another doctor and pay out of pocket. To say I am upset is putting it nicely.

Dr. Freeh is a good doctor have been seeing him for many years, the new location, (outside of the mall), has changed the overall experience to down-right deplorable. The customer service was inept, and even argumentative at the end, due to poor communication. It was quite expensive also, Oh, and they wrote my appointment card out for the wrong date!

Didn’t get a call when my glasses arrived. Didn’t get a call when my contacts were in. Poor customer service. Was spoken to like they don’t care that I’ve been waiting. Done with this location. Tualatin store is so much better!

This is my first time getting/using contacts, and Dr. Freeh has been amazing. Every step of the experience has been wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stellar service and care. (I also purchased my first-ever pair of eyeglasses from them a 3 years ago, and I had an awesome experience with that as well. They helped me find the best frames for my face shape, and the fact that I still have and use the same pair is testimony to the quality.)

I had a bad experience last year. I orderedContact lenses on august 2022 and only received in January 2023! I had a new appointment as couple weeks ago and I cancelled the appoint because of their customer service. So, I decided to give them a new chance and I went there again. The doctor is awesome, but their staff is horrible! I have a really good insurance, and I know that I would be covered, but the lady who helped me had a mistake, and I noticed she tried to fix, but the guy, which I don’t know his name, but he is Hispanic guy, told the lady charge him! And the lady was trying to fix… his answer? If he already paid his deductible part ( witch I did) there is nothing we can do, tell him that he needs to pay for his contacts. I felt disrespected and made me feel that they only care about money, I did not felt a valuable customer at all. In the end, I walked away without the money that I put it in and also without order my contacts. I have been their customer since the location was inside the mall. I would not recommend them at all.

My daughter and myself both needed our eyes checked and needed glasses afterwards. Very happy that they were able to fit us in together and the employee Elias, was very friendly and helped us with choosing the right frames for our face. Will be coming back.

Eye Exam Pros: upon walking in I was met with a fresh scent of cleanness and flowers. I mean it smelled really really good in here. The place was super clean and organized. And the staff was super professional and helpful. Nk long wait to be seen for my exam. The doctor provided great recommendations for itchy eyes due to allergies so no major issues here. Cons: n/a

I cancelled my follow up appointment. I was not treated well. I would not elaborate in my review about my dissatisfaction with the doctor who have seen me twice there. I just decided not to go there anymore. When I was asked why by one of the employees there I told her about it and her response was just plain OK would you like us to forward your record to the new doctor you are going to? Didn't even bother ask what was wrong. That tells me I made the right decision.
