I went here to get some vaccines and I needed to pay out of pocket. The tech that helped me was Julian and he was very patient and tried to get me some coupons to help me save some money, which I didn’t know there was coupons for this stuff. My case was a bit unusual so I had a lot of questions and he made sure to ask and double check things when he wasn’t sure. Stellar customer service and hope he gets some recognition for his work. Will always go to a Walgreens pharmacy from now on.

The drive thru is poorly managed. I have waited more than 30 minutes in line (around the building) several times. The staff are helpful when you speak with them, but that’s if you actually speak with them. Telephone calls are handled by the automated system and it’s hard to get a live person. Then when you actually arrive at the building, it doesn’t matter if you go inside or just wait outside (which is more comfortable for me after surgery) you are going to be waiting for a while. It’s frustrating

Julian is single handedly keeping this pharmacy afloat. I could not appreciate his kindness and professionalism. The pharmacy was extremely busy and backed up and he was running around but still managed to give me my medicine in a timely manner. I appreciate it and thank you!
