The pharmacy is understaffed. Takes hours in line to get prescriptions. Most of the time they aren’t even ready the next day and they wait to fill it until you are there to pick it up. So you wait in line for a hour just to be told you have to wait longer because they need to fill the prescription.

Unreliable pharmacy and clearly going downhill based on other recent comments. I'm on my last pill and was told to come back later for the third time in a week, when the website says its ready for pickup
If your prescription is vital, find somewhere with better staffing and communication.

Absolutely done with this pharmacy after being a customer since 2008. Spent all day trying to call, finally got through to resolve insurance issues, go down after work and wait in line for 30 minutes to have them literally shut the window on me when it's my turn!! Mind you, it's just me and one other person left in line AND they were closed yesterday due to staffing problems so I couldn't resolve anything until today!! Now my husband gets to wait until Monday to get his NEEDED medication for his EOAD! What would a few extra minutes do to help the last two remaining customers?? Especially when you knew they were in line way prior to closing waiting??? This place has gone so downhill in the past couple of months.

Me and my son went to go pick up a prescription and we both got greeted by Reyena at the pharmacy my son was the one picking up the prescription we were having trouble on our side with the insurance she was completely impatient with us we felt very rushed. it almost felt like we were annoying Reyena. Everytime we have a question she would respond with “what Is it this time” how can you work in healthcare and be rude to people. Walgreens do better at hiring people.

I came into Walgreens to pick up my prescription and I was greeted by an employee named Reyna. After some confusion about insurance and billing she became very impatient and rude. I came back with my mom so she could help with the confusion and hopefully get them the right insurance, but when we came back, we both got caught up to the window Reyna said “what’s the story now” in a very rude tone. She alone made mine and my mother‘s experience at Walgreens very stressful and we won’t be back to that location.

Customer service is always excellent and that's most important to me at my pharmacy. If there's an issue with a prescription, I am notified promptly. It is, overall just a very positive experience!

Transfer your prescriptions! This store will randomly close down, and if your RX is in a filled status then you won't get it until the store reopens. The store itself is a dump, there are usually lots of empty shelves and the store is dirty.
