Do not trust the pharmacy’s automated prescription system. I missed out on receiving my prescription the day I needed it because their automated system told me that they hadn’t received the prescription yet which my medical provider was able to prove incorrect.
Can you please pay your staff more so as to fill your positions with real humans?
Otherwise this Walgreens is fine.

Great staff, rarely have to wait long for prescription to be filled. I just wish they were open on weekend, then I would give 5 stars.
Peace

Recently visited Walgreens in Salem, Sunnyview and Fairgrounds Rd to buy Cheetos. Patty rang me up, and she was totally cool, so I'll put up a good review for her, and for Walgreens for employing her. I've never had an issue at this store, it's convenient, staff is da bomb, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

On December 14th I printed 2 posters for my niece and nephews birthday, I received an email letting me know my order was ready to be picked up. Since I was so busy decorating, I asked my brother to pick them up for me so he went and while there he called me to let me know that they couldn’t find my prints. I was so confused as to how you can’t find poster size prints- so I asked him to ask if they can print them again because I needed them as part of the decoration. He was told they couldn’t print them again since they had already been printed, umm how’s that my problem? They’re the one that lost them! So I told my brother to leave since we weren’t getting our prints. Ever since then, I’ve been receiving emails from Walgreens telling me to pick up my prints, I will NOT be picking them up since I no longer need them. First and LAST time I print at this location. Horrible experience and service!

I was sold expired frozen White Castle chicken sliders here. I didn’t grab my receipt so I’m sure they won’t except a return. Absolutely unacceptable to sell expired food items Walgreens… First photo is from in store, so you can tell I bought them there.

The pharmacist is on a power trip and the pharmacy hours are a complete joke. 10-6 on weekdays and completely closed from 1:30-2:00 and also completely closed on the weekends. I'll be switching from Walgreens to a different pharmacy for good after my experience here.

My son is on behavior meds that cannot be refilled until a couple days before they are out. There is a national shortage of this med so I have to call around each month to find what pharmacy has it. This time it was Walgreens. After confirming that had it in stock I called the pediatricians office and requested the Rx like I have for a couple of years. 48 hours later I had not heard back about the refill. I called and they only then said they were now out and didn't know when more was coming in. It was Friday so I scrambled to call other pharmacies and found another that had it. I called the pediatrians office again told them what happened. I knew it would still take a day to fill so I waited until I was off work to call and ask what the status was. Only then did they say that because they needed to contact Walgreens to get the Rx canceled so insurance would pay the $342 for his months supply... But Walgreens is closed on Saturday... And Sunday... And Monday because of the holiday. Now my son has to go with out for 3 days, including a school day, because Walgreens couldn't get their stuff together, call when something was wrong. Shame on them and the women I spoke to. I'll be calling thier corporate folks and hopefully they will look down the pipe line and retrain this person to do their job better.

I always go to this walgreens and yesterday when I went in I was cashed out by a not so happy cashier even though I was being nice and smiley with her. She was a young girl I had not seen before there but she gave a bit of a attitude when I handed her my reward coupon to scan she stated that next time I needed to give it to her before she scanned anything. I never had any walgreens cashier have a issue with handing it to them after scanning my items. I would reccomend this young lady just be a little nicer with customers even if she is having a bad day or hates her job it would just be nice that her customers could feel comfortable shopping there. Even my young daughter that was with me that also works in retail was surprised of how her customer service was with us Not good :(

I visit this store on occasion as I live in the neighborhood. I like Walgreens in general. I like this store since it isn't on a major street like Lancaster. As with everything in our culture these days, some sorts of people are rude to business owners and workers. Some of the rudest comments are by those who make few reviews.Homeless camps are nearby so some people would rather go to Lancaster even though it has plenty of homeless. Yesterday I dropped off a prescription at drive-thru after a short wait. Clerk was relieved that I didn't expect my prescriptions be filled in 20 minutes before closing.

They won't let an Amazon delivery driver use restroom. I asked politely they told me not at all. So inconsiderate I can't just go everywhere asking to do my business. We don't have bathrooms in the van in case you were wondering Walgreens
