This location smelled so horribly of mold I couldn’t even complete my purchase and left everything there and walked out after the mold gave me an asthma attack in front of everyone in line. The poor lady working there was unable to void an item so we were waiting and waiting. Dear lord the smell! Patrons around me were commenting. I got a horrible headache and an allergic reaction from the mold. I can’t even imagine working in those horrible conditions. I hope the employees complain and this gets fixed, for their health and safety!!!

Customer was very polite and showed courtesy and showed where is the item was he worked at the pharmacy? Also, the other clerk was very nice as well too and gave me a discount on my books.

Avoid this pharmacy due to billing malpractice. Every time we come here with prescriptions we are charged and OHP is “Denied” finally got ahold of OHP said prescriptions should have been covered come to find they don’t send the denial to OHP so OHP cannot cover the cost from primary and when I went back to give them the number to call to fix things and or request my payment back got the response “it’s against our policy to reimburse prescription payments / it’s against our policy to resubmit payment for prescriptions / and finally after giving the number to call for fixing pharmacy errors given to me by OHP had 2 pharmacists tell me they won’t call the number because they are understaffed and don’t have the time to make a call to fix the issue and reimburse payments.

Do NOT go here for your prescriptions! I was diagnosed with pneumonia at the ER last night. They sent my prescriptions here. They had them all except for the inhaler. Said Salem hospital didn’t put it through which I found funny because the 5 other prescriptions were in. I called salem hospital and they said it went through but they’ll put it through again. I go BACK and they say again they don’t have it, I explain this all and that I need my inhaler.. eventually the woman says “oh we have 2 accounts for you, I don’t know how that happened.” So because they didn’t take the time to double check the account, I had to take two trips with pneumonia. As I was sitting waiting my turn two men in front of me had the same issue and they weren’t doing anything to rectify it just “you have to come back”. I’ve been sitting here for almost 45 min waiting for an albuterol inhaler, a common medication. If the customer service were better I wouldn’t be making this review but on top of it all, that was lacking too.

I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. Their convenient locations, extended hours, and wide range of products make it my go-to spot for everything from prescriptions to snacks. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, and the pharmacy team is efficient and knowledgeable. Whether I need a last-minute item or a prescription refill, Walgreens delivers consistently. Highly recommended! ?

The Pharmacist here goes over and above what other pharmacies do. I needed a prescription that was not generally stocked by pharmacies due to insurance policies. I went to two other pharmacies to get the prescriptions and they told me they couldn't do it. I called this pharmacy and the pharmacist was able to get my prescriptions quickly and at a reduced price through GoodRX, as my insurance wouldn't pay for it.

I would have picked no stars review but they don't allow that. This used to be a good store but apparently have gone downhill following the pandemic. Pharmacy hours and service is a joke!
Waiting a week or more for normal, stocked medications to be filled. The only reason I picked this one is it offers lower prices through my insurer than others and is close to where I live. My mail order service delivers at a lower cost within a couple days whereas this store (9287) leaves you guessing. After logging into my account and checking countless times for status, it continued to say "in progress". So I decided to walk in and raise the emergency flag after which they filled it in 30 minutes, but upon getting home, counted the pills and was shortchanged by 2!! Needless to say, I'll be taking all my future business elsewhere.
