Prescription has been late countless times. Excellent service and staff, although I apologize as some of my family members have been openly rude to the staff and I have myself only once. It’s been understaffed with no shift to cover from 1:30-2pm that appears to accommodate fairly well but has sadly caused us a great deal of inconvenience from not being ready in time and I am also frequently inconvenienced by the long lines. I was once forced to find another shipped set of pills at a pharmacy an hour away.

I switched to Walgreens years ago because other pharmacies were absolute trash. But today made me a lifelong customer. I've been having a rough couple months since I lost my job, and today was no exception. The price of my prescription went up and I didn't have enough to cover the additional cost. Yvonne was such an angel helping me find discounts and coupons today! Words cannot describe how much I appreciate her for helping me and making sure I was okay before I left. She is an angel!

Walgreens is one of my go to favorite stores for all the products and stuff that I need. You’re treated with kindness and the store is always so clean and neat.

I can add money to my chime account for free at Walgreens so it does what I need. I also needed Ketone strips and they were the only place that had them even though they were quite pricey.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for over a year and I get lots of them. I came in today to pick up a couple. I waited way back in line as the store was very busy. When it came to my turn, all went well until I was asked for my home address as identification. I’d already given my birthdate. Walgreens has my insurance information and card on file, the clerk had waited on me many times over the year, why do I need to announce my home address to all waiting customers?
When I asked why the clerk became rude. Her four word response was “because we have to” with no other explanation, which she repeated several times, each increasing in anger. All I wanted was an alternative.
Surely, there must be a better, more secure way to identify your customers, if you feel the need. Having to recite the exact location where I sleep at night in front of everyone is quite invasive and puts me at risk of potential harm should anyone listening be motivated to do so.
The clerk informed me that, should I not give my address in the future, I wouldn’t be able to receive further prescriptions. At the conclusion of the transaction, she shoved my package of pills under the plexiglass and said, “You can leave now!” It was a rude conclusion to our conversation, rather than a thank you.
Again, there is certainly a better way for you to identify your customers other than requiring they recite their home address. Do better!!
I’ll be changing pharmacies to one respecting their customers.
UPDATE: Giving a second chance, I tried to pick up two prescriptions from the same clerk yesterday. I offered my current Oregon Driver License and insurance cards to receive my order, but the clerk refused to deliver them unless I announced my home address. I had to leave without them. I’ve transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and picked them up today—without having to show any identification or verifying anything whatsoever.
So much for doing business with Walgreens!!!

The price for Gatorade was 2/$5 or $3.50 individual. I went to buy 2 and I handed over a $10 and they asked if I had a phone number with them, I said no and they charged me for the Gatorades without the 2/$5. I asked if I could just buy one and they said they couldn't return drinks. They did not give me my money back or give any attempt at cancelling the order.

I ordered a prescription in May. They finally said they received it. I went to pick it up and they still said they couldn't dispense it because of issues with the insurance. I am sure they knew that before I went there. This is not the first time that has happened. Their communication is horrible.

Very professional and personable staff. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are able to pick up their prescriptions on time. They have been experiencing a staff shortage, like any other business. They have recently returned to pre-Covid hours, and I am happy about that.

This is my mom's pharmacy. She saw the doctor this morning and he called in two prescriptions. I called to see what time they would be ready and they said 1:30. So we get there and they will now not be ready until 3-4 because they just didn't get to them. When they tell someone a time knowing it would be her kids picking them up they should have them ready. Now we have to drive clear across town to get them. I would never recommend this pharmacy.
