The worst pharmacy I’ve ever tried to get medications from. It’s really a shame because half the staff are super nice and genuinely want to help but the other half are either severely inexperienced or don’t actually know how to work there, with absolute horrid customer service skills.

They shouldn't have a pharmacy because there's never a pharmacist on duty most people only have Saturday to go get their prescription so why would you have no pharmacist on duty waste of time

I don't leave a lot of 1 star reviews but this pharmacy is a hot mess. Came in last week, the drive thru was closed. Pulled in and parked went inside to find the lobby was closed and the drive thru now open.

This is my mom's pharmacy. She saw the doctor this morning and he called in two prescriptions. I called to see what time they would be ready and they said 1:30. So we get there and they will now not be ready until 3-4 because they just didn't get to them. When they tell someone a time knowing it would be her kids picking them up they should have them ready. Now we have to drive clear across town to get them. I would never recommend this pharmacy.

I went to pick up my Claritin prescription and I spoke to the pharmacy manager sam. He'd been drinking and was clearly intoxicated. When it was my turn to pick up he motioned for me to come in the back. He then proceeded to rape me violently for about 30 minutes. He was able to multitask and work the drive thru. Id been sneezing all morning and really needed my Claritin so I allowed him to finish up. I was afraid if I didn't let him finish I wouldn't get my full prescription. Would not recommend this particular Walgreens.

I'm currently standing in a line of eight --wait, ten now -- people waiting to pick prescriptions. There is one person at the register, one at the drive-through, and two, maybe three people filling prescriptions. Clearly this is insufficient staff for this time of day, and yet it's like this every time I go in. The prescription I'm picking up was already delayed because of short-staffing, putting the person in my household at extreme risk because they almost out and they need this medication for a serious health condition. We will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere is we can't trust this pharmacy with our health needs.

Trying to reach the pharmacy is the worst I've ever encountered. Why do we need to listen to hours, mealbreaks, hear every few seconds how many callers are ahead of you? There are endless minutes of the recording saying there are more than 3 callers ahead of you, yet it never changes. I understand they are busy but it's very frustrating not getting through.

Been there 4 times, out of med for 3 days. 2 visits ago was told they had to go to a different supplier, been 2 days and 2 visits and still nothing, what a joke!Never, ever coming to Walgreens again.

worst walgreens i have ever been to places an order for pickup and wasn't ready for three days. staff is completely lazy and refuses to pickup the phone. go to literally any other of the walgreens in salem both lancaster locations are better.

customer service is not even a concept to the employees at this Walgreens. I was told that they didn't have a medication in stock even though we had placed the refill order a week before. I had to move the prescription to another Walgreens in order to get it filled. Other prescriptions came back with a co-pay, even though we have double coverage. Staff does not take any time to work through problems. I do consider the fact these people are severely overworked, which is a management issue that needs to be addressed.

Came in after work Monday night. Line 10 people long. Left. Came in Tuesday morning they opened 20 minutes late. Then waited for delivery 35 minutes later im still have no perception..

Yup. Walgreens takes a loooong time to fill rx. But, I found the holy grail of time wasted waiting for a rx order to be filled. So, feeling the effects of cold/flu. Didn't want to go to into the store (one of the meds required ID). Didn't want to wait in the drive thru. Aha! Call the order in and pickup curbside. Yes! Long story short sent the other half in after they told us they knew nothing of said order. Got sent to pharmacy after being told it would be at the front checkout. Nope. Not there. Sent to pharmacy. Nope. Not there. Sent to photo. Nope. Not there. WTF! About 45 minutes of craziness and raising voices the issue was solved. The lesson of this horrible situation is :DON'T ORDER AHEAD! DANGER! Not worth it.
