This is the worst Walmart I have ever seen. The employees are rude and refused to answer any of my question when I needed help to find anything in this Messy disgusting store. Plus the layout of the store is a headache and confusing. They don't have stuff where they say it is. Where it says baby diapers it has car parts. When I was looking for men's shoes it had baby shoes instead NEVER COMING BACK.

I've been to this location a handful of times and it's a mess. I don't feel safe leaving my car unattended in the parking lot due to the homeless camps (not Walmart's fault, but still). The shelves are always empty and I leave without what I came in for. The last time I decided enough is enough and that the risk isn't worth it and started driving further to go to the Turner location.

I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years now, and since yall have put them rocks in, it looks like crud! I get yall don't want the homeless population camping out on your beautiful brown lawn, but hey, instead of that, you gave them weapons of destruction to smash windows with. Do you want to solve a problem? How about you do something about all the not so smart smarties that plow across the parking lot like it's the indie 500. Putting rocks in the parking lot isn't going to stop them from stealing from you. All you did was move them across the street. They'll cross back over to continue to steal from you. You solved nothing! Not to mention, it looks like a giant mountain used your parking lot as a pooping spot.

Every time I go to Walmart there is nothing there that I can buy because it's all online some people do not own laptops and phones and have access to ordering things online specially the lower class people it is very messed up when Walmart was meant for poor people for affordable items for us to be able to get when we need but now everything has to be online and it's not able to get access to I'm tired of going into Walmart and not being able to find what I'm looking for and always having them tell me sorry you have to go online no why do you have a physical store if we have to go online

Thank you Walmart I am now eating much more healthy than ever. I have lowered my meat and egg intake greatly. I'm not eating unhealthy snacks or any junk food. I've greatly reduced by need for butter, and dairy products. It's a shame you don't seem to realize that you will lose a lot of people who have learned some financial discipline during the pandemic like myself. I shudder to think how much food is going to waste!! Walmart was never that cheap and is sometimes more than comparable supermarkets in the area for the exact same brands. In addition your meat and produce are certainly not any better and often worse than cheaper stores. Also keeping underware, socks and a host of other products under lock and key and treating ALL your customers like shoplifters isn't very smart. Wake up and recognize your theft issues stem from your lack of employee's and your relying way too much on self check outs. Going there is a chaotic nightmare!

Well I found this bakery in good shape and very much clean, certainly appealing to the eye as the donuts had perfectly nice round holes, the cup cakes were xxxtremely tantalizing and really all was very, very good! Until I get around to the beautiful and fabulous Barbarian Creams... This was just 2 much to handle all that luscious Boston cream pie oozing out every where sweet,thick and delicious beautiful dark chocolate donut All but made me go *""* well I'm sure you get it by now... right .. eat rite now and above all just " KEEP IT CASUAL" By 4 now until next time. . chow

There's a lovely lady named Karen who works customer service and she is an older lady but she stuck her hand in my moms face after my mom asked to do a return with an oil spill on the receipt. Karen's supervisor figured it out but her name really adds up. Watch out for Karen

If they knew how to manage there team, they would have more customers leaving good reviews. Let's break it down, 1) there are more kids working there then kids going to school. (What a shame!) 2) no managers after 9pm. How can you run a business without guiding them kids. 3) there should be more employees to handle the volume of customers. 4) get your orders out that people have order, and come to pick them up. Not have them wait for 2hrs, and I repeat no wait times longer then a half hr. What good is it for anyone to deal with such a lake of care! There needs to be change, and I'm not talking about the 20 some odd security you guys employee they don't check in and out people and they do not help the staff there what's the point of having security when you can't even keep the customer satisfied with the amount of employees you guys don't have.

I usually do not shop for groceries at walmart, but needed a non grocery item as well. Store was a cluttered mess. Never found my non grocery item. Had a hard time finding a grocery item, asked 3 employees who sent me on a wild goose chase. The heads of lettuce were flat no solid head, green onions were size of pencils. Quality not there. Now I know why I don't shop walmart!

I ordered groceries for pick up, and half of the items were not there after I got home, yet I was charged for the full amount. Also, half of the items were not bagged, just thrown in my trunk. I called to get a refund on the items that were missing, and the manager put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I will be contacting my bank regarding this incident. If Walmart steals from me again, I have no problem calling the police and filing theft charges.

Great cart pushers always have carts stacked. Never have a problem with carts unlike other Walmart's. There's a cart pusher who I see often and he is very respectful and helpful I believe his name is Jesus. Deserves a raise ! Will be going back. Love this Walmart

Horrible customer service. And lazy assistant manager. Just called 12/13/20 at 5:40pm. I already spoke with the head manager and she advised me that my return would be processed by the next day. It has been days now since that call and still nothing. You guys have already made a mistake on my online order as it WAS incorrect from what I ordered. I still have all the screenshots to prove it. So you waisted my time and gas money to come down there and NOT even pickup the item I ordered. I returned the INCORRECT order immediately, and it never processed. This is not the first time this has happened either. You guys should hold to your word. And also honor your price and product being sold.
