Seems like every rare time I come here I have a new negative experience causing me to write a 1 star review. In short, staff are rude, location is sketchy, and sometimes staff even make up rules to get you in trouble while simultaneously ignoring customer for half an hour who need actual help. Honestly, just drive to the one on Turner Road or better yet go to Target and avoid the bad customer service at Walmart altogether. After closing the 24 hour Walmarts since 2020, Walmart has nothing to offer as a brand anymore and doesn’t stand out in any positive ways, only negative. Happy to stop going there from now on to forever. You should too.

This was not a good experience in terms of security. My boyfriend and I were not even going to Walmart, we just parked there to eat. While sitting in the car, we saw someone clearly in a mental health crisis, screaming for help and saying they were in pain. A Walmart security car was nearby, and we assumed they would step in to help. They did nothing. They just drove by and watched without checking on the person or calling 911. We observed this for 20 minutes before we ended up calling 911 ourselves. The person was eventually taken away by ambulance. If we had not been there, the outcome could have been much worse. There were many bystanders around and the situation felt unsafe for both the individual and the public. It is extremely disappointing and concerning that the security did nothing. What is the point of having security if they ignore someone in obvious distress?

Bought a tent in the off season to prepare for camping this summer. Well the tent broke during its first night. Rods snapped and we had to cancel the rest of the trip. This was a near $200 tent. Do not trust product from this company and go anywhere else. They will not help you with your wasted money on their garbage products.

This is the main Walmart I go to if I want to get in and out without any fuss. Self checkouts are always open, they always have cashiers working, and their stock online is generally accurate. I also love their pickup area much more than the other two Walmarts in Salem. It’s makes it a much more pleasant experience for both the employees and customers.

Clean store. Slow checkers but everyone works at a different pace. Better than the lancaster store.

It's either a homeless convention outside or a meet up spot for the local honda boys. It's 9pm and all I hear is cars revving and backfire and I live a mile from Walmart. Maybe do something about this? I'm certain your customers don't want to listen to it.

I get that they lock everything up because of high theft, but when the store associates run from you like gazelles getting chased by tigers in the serengeti, it's hard to buy from here. I'll stick to Amazon. Also bought a car battery that failed. the assistant manager who dressed like a pig couldn't figure out how to test the battery and would not let me show her how to use the tester. I had to buy a new battery to get my car going again. I took the battery to the turner location, where it tested bad.

Heather offered exceptional customer service today at check-out.
She walked me through how to use my
Walmart app on my phone to pay today, since you are not a Google Pay store. This transaction was previously unknown to me.
My husband was on his way into the store, as I had left my wallet at home, and only had my phone. Saved by Heather!
This whole store and employees is a step above a lot of the Walmarts I have been to, even the superstores.
It starts with the manager, and trickles down. Customer service is #1.
Sam Walton would be proud of this store!
I recommend that every employee in every Walmart should read his book. He gave his heart to his business.
No need to bring my purse into Walmart anymore, just my phone, THANKS to Heather.

This walmart seems to be well staffed, well stocked, and very organized! Check out process was very fast, and all the employees seemed on top of their tasks!

This store is a joke and makes shopping way harder than it should be. Everything is locked up, no one is around to help, you have to pay for items in each dept even if you have more shopping to do and they got rid of self checkout so lines takes forever. It's like Walmart hates their customers.
