Scheduled an appointment with the wife, she was super kind and sweet. The day of my appointment I called Wayne and asked simple questions like how much the diagnosis would be and or if I would be charged for labor additionally. I also asked if he or his team was familiar with the issue I was facing since not a lot of shops are. He immediately became defensive and escalated the conversation as an aggressor by telling me “People like you call here with dumb questions, honestly I don’t care if you take your car somewhere else..better yet go ahead and take your car to a dealership we’re canceling your appointment”. Mind you- I hadn’t even met anyone in person yet, I was trying to give this shop the benefit of doubt beyond the negative reviews but his silly tantrum gave me confirmation. Stay away from them.

Been going here for a number of years now and I don't know where else I'd take a vehicle. They are a honest shop that does not try to oversell services and they do it right the first time.
Recently my car needed a new clutch due to a throwout bearing. Russ got parts on order and it was a same day turn around on my car. The clutch feels great and there's no more noise from the bearing. Also, for someone who works an odd schedule, it was very nice not to be without a vehicle long.
I bounced around repair shops in the past but since Parkers, I haven't moved shops.

Great place to take your car. Honest and fast. Had brakes done on my daughters car both front and back. Car done same day and saved over 500 dollars

Really great, and affordable to get your car checked at, and fixed. Guys very knowledgeable and communicated exactly what's wrong with the car. Definitely will be back to get my car checked out, and family and friends cars to get checked out. They don't do alignments; changing tires, and rebuilding transmissions.

I've been taking my family cars to Russ for years. Always super fast and reliable, slot of times same day service. I've recommended a lot of friends over the years and he has saved them lots of money. An honest mechanic is money in the bank!

Called during the late afternoon hours on a Tuesday, shop got me an appointment the following morning. Explained the issue and what I had done to try and fix it. Called me back after they assessed the problem with a couple options. They fixed my problem within a few hours and I had my vehicle back before 4 pm. Thank you for the quick service and repairing my brake light/hazard issue.

I've been taking my car here for years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else in town w my car. Russ and his team are the most honest people in the auto business. I bring my car in for regular service or any time I have a special need, and I'm never given the run around with additional services that aren't needed. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
I also love walking in and being greeted by the puppies, and Heidi with her lovely smile and friendly banter.

Russ has done great work on my older truck and my current car. He's got us in quickly and he does quality work for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone.

They are amazing! Amazing customer service. Russ is the McGyver of auto repair. I went to them originally because I got a few quotes for a repair well over 1000 dollars each. He fixed the unit itself for about $350 instead. That was years ago it’s still going strong. I drive older cars. (I hate a car payment. ) They have always gotten to my car quickly and fixed it quickly. I trust them completely. Paying for car repairs is not fun but I know I’m getting it done for the minimum reasonable price with generations of experience. They are a personable Mom and Pop shop. That’s been in business well over 50 years. That speaks for itself.

My husband made a previous review of this place (see post by Edwin Skalla for more details). They responded to his honest review by lying. After having my brakes replaced, I called them reporting a noise and asking if it was normal. I was told to bring it in and they would check it out. We agreed upon a day and time. I showed up on the agreed upon day and time, and they said they were busy because they hadn't their mechanics go home early the day before due to the heat wave. They said they might be able to check my car that day or I might need to leave it overnight. I elected to come by another day.
The following day, they called me in the morning to see if I was stopping by. I had to reschedule due to sports conflicts with my kids, so we arranged for me to bring it by that Friday morning. I called early Friday morning to double-check that it was still a good time to bring my car in, and they said yes. So I brought it in.
In their response to my husband's review, they said I stopped by unannounced, which is a blatant lie. This makes me nervous for the work that was done on my car in the first place, as this does not establish them as trustworthy people. I was perfectly polite to them. Perfectly respectful of their time. Chose to not inconvenience them even when we already had a scheduled time for me to drop my car off. And then they lie in a public review.
This place was recommended to me by a trusted friend who had taken her car there for years. She has since stopped taking her car there as well due to change in ownership and having unpleasant conversations and dealings with the new owners. I had seen the negative reviews and read the owners' responses. I chose to ignore them and focus on the good, which was a mistake. They will no doubt have a snarky and unprofessional response to my review, so buckle up for that one.
I have no issue with the work they did. I have an issue with their lying and lack of professionalism. Steer clear of this place. There are better options out there.

This review focuses on the business practices and not the work. One of our family vehicles was brought here to have the brakes looked at and replaced if needed to address "shuttering" that was happening when braking. This was all that was requested by the individual who took the car to this facility. As the day passed, it was communicated to me that during a conversation with the facility they mentioned they replaced the back brakes AND rotors and the shuddering was still there, so they are going to try the front brakes and rotors next. I asked if they authorized rotor replacements as that is quite a bit more expensive than just getting brakes done. They said they did not, they were just told what they did. To help calm them down I let them know that more than likely the rotors did need replaced as the car is very old and the odds are they are the true cause of the "shuttering", however they should have not taken the liberty of doing work that was not requested. They should have called them and gotten verbal confirmation of performing work that was not requested. I took the liberty of calling the facility to get a better understanding of what was going on, as I did not just want to take one side of the story. I did express the concern of performing work not requested but left it at that as I believe that the work did need to be done, but the cost was going to be exponentially more than expected. After everything was said and done the work was done and the shuttering was gone, but a new noise the person was not used to hearing was present and after this sour experience they were really concerned something else was wrong and wanted to have the car checked again. They called this facility and was informed that they could look at it and check, but if nothing was found wrong with the work they would charge $70. This shocked me. I honestly couldn't believe there would be two situations back to back showing extremely bad business practices. Eventually the person got ahold of a different person working there the following day and they had told them that there is a warranty on their work and there would not be a charge for verifying their own work. They took the car in the next day to be checked and the other person that they had told them it would be $70 to get it checked out was clearly not happy about it. I do not enjoy calling out specific people so I have refrained from doing so as best as possible in my review. But the person described as "the wife" in other reviews seems to be the focus of all the issues you will see that were negative about this place. For the sake of the business it would be smart to find a better face to the customers. To anyone and everyone willing to read reviews, please do not ignore the bad reviews. Do not ignore the harsh replies from this place as it another aspect of the bad business practices. Until some staffing changes happen I would avoid and find another place to take your vehicle to. Do your research and avoid the unneeded stresses brought about from bad business practices like what I have described and what others have also experienced.
If it wasn't clear, we will not be bringing any of our vehicles back to this place.
Update:
The business did what they always do and bash the reviewee. I am taking it upon myself to directly respond to specific aspects of their unethical response that contained false statements.
I am the husband. My communication with my wife was completely clear. I chose to be respectful and give this place the benefit of the doubt and hear their side of the story.
During the call it was verbally confirmed that they replaced the rotors without my wife asking that to be done.
She did not stop by unannounced. She called them and they told her come in. She made the appointment in person.
She did not cancel the appointment, she was called the morning of by this place to see if she was coming in. She explained the iss
