Came in here to speak with a banker about getting the Reflect card to consolidate some of my credit debt. This banker was very patronizing when I was explaining my situation and why I wanted this card. The way he was speaking to me, even after acknowledging that I had done my research, was as if I did not understand how credit worked or how this card would work. I will not be coming back to this branch and will be looking to take my bank account elsewhere after being with Wells Fargo for 10 years. This is the worst interaction I have had in one of their banks ever.

Went in to cash savings bonds because this is the only bank I could find that won't require me to be a member for 5+ years. Somehow when cashing over $700 worth of bonds they still managed to short me 25 cents.. GREAT!!! NOW I GET TO DRIVE BACK OVER 25 cents

Horrible customer service, called this branch about 10 times looking to open an account and nobody answered the phone. Tried calling other Wells Fargo banks and still couldn’t find a branch that would answer the phone, horrible horrible service, will be going to another branch that knows how to treat customers.

Inexcusably long wait time to speak with ANYONE about my fraud claim - and then I get the runaround. No wonder I'm leaving and switching banks.

Absolutely the WORST branch to bank at!! Only 1 transaction in drive thru allowed and consistently have to wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes each visit!

Worst bank ever. I dont know if its just this location or all of them but they will have 4 to 6 employees at all time and only one person helping people and the rest are just standing around counting money or something so there is always a massive line. Also the drive through can no longer do money orders so i wasted 25 min in line to have to come inside and wait another 20 min. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere

There is no way to actually speak with someone at the bank when you call. It goes to a call center instead.

Just moved from Texas to Salem and wanted to change address and talk about future mortgage since I am selling my Texas house in 2 weeks and wanting to buy one in Salem. Representative at front door was trying her best to have me not bank there. Said I can change my address myself with the app, and can get a business card and fill out loan information online. I can also do the same thing with RocketMortgage, so what should I give Wells Fargo the business since they do not seem to want it?

Absolutely RIDICULOUS wait time in lobby on Saturdays. 1 hr. 10 minutes!! Tried to get $500 in $5 Bill's for my business and was told that can only be done in the lobby - even though I have an account.

Hours are absolutely horrible for the working person. And now they’re closed during 12-1 so that people can’t even use their lunches to come during the day to do in person services. Very inconvenient. Very much so going to consider switching banks.

I am in an absolute state of shock at the lack of service and professionalism provided at this branch. The branch manager made it very clear that she has absolutely no regard for customer care or satisfaction and is the most condescending human I’ve ever spoken too. She has no business leading a team or representing a company. Every single interaction I’ve ever had in this branch has been an absolute and complete headache.. so finally, after a decade, I’ll be switching banks (as annoying and tedious as that is) because nothing can be worse than dealing with this atrocious service... and yes, I could (and did) drive to a different branch, but it’s the principal that matters to me, if Wells Fargo is going to employ managers that don’t care about people, I’m not interested in supporting them any further.

Was asked to call and make an appointment. They don't answer the phone on Commercial there, just pass it off to corporate. LAZY
