Nick Allen exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. He was a step ahead the entire time with answering questions we may have had and amazed us how knowledgeable he was. So glad we got him to help us with all of our difficult questions.

12 people in line, two tellers.... Took forever Wouldn't bother me if there was not a lady looking at us in front of a computer and a greeter at the door doing nothing.

I made an appointment, but the banker was busy and I had to wait for 15 minutes before speaking to him. Friendly and all, but sometimes, I just want to get in and out.
