“I've purchased two vehicles, and two motorcycles with this bank. They have always treated me good. I would give 5 stars, however I was sold a pretty useless vehicle warranty from maps. Great bank, but do not purchase the route 66 vehicle warranty that MAPS sells as it is garbage. I have an 8k transmission I paid for out of my own pocket. If it's to good to be true.....well you know the rest lol.

“In-person experience has always been great. Recent experience with their online system for the first time leaves a little bit to be desired. System is clunky, and allowed payment checks to go out from a closed account, resulting in fees and hassle.”

She remained calm, professional, and receptive throughout the ordeal and turned my stressful morning into a successful banking visit. A man by the name of Leo was also very helpful and remained patient throughout the process.”
“I've been a member here for about 12 years, and they've always been great to me. Every year I go to a festival I California, and the festival often has instances of card theft or fraud charges due to how they run it and the last few years, their pos services have made this weird mistake where someone's card would pickup the transactions in the nearby area, meaning I ended up getting charged the exact same amount like 8 times at once while there. The fraud department has been able to get the duplicate charges reversed each time and has been so helpful and kind about it.
They have helped my parents and I open inheritance accounts for my kids when other banks made it difficult, and have always been on the ball about contacting me when there's something wrong or suspicious with my account. The interest rate on my Credit line is better than any other bank despite me have a low/average credit score, and they're (almost) always really patient and polite with customer service.”
“Neutral environment - not “cold” but not “warm,” either. Though, they do play music through a speaker the lobby, it’s (thankfully) not elevator music to put you to sleep, but not so “loud” (such as metal,) that it’s off-putting.
The staff are polite and courteous, but I will say that I did have a semi-unpleasant when I went to open a second savings account - now a handful of years back as I write this. The gal who helped me open the account was borderline pushy when it came to investments, as I told her I had my retirement account already set up outside the bank, and that I did so because I knew the Rule of 72 and thus chose to have my long-term savings not at the bank and my money invested in the global market (exactly where the bank also invests: the global market.) She gently, but unwelcomed, still tried to “invite” me to set up my retirement/other investments with the bank. ??
Other than that, I mostly use this branch when I’m in the downtown area, or passing through, to make withdrawals. I have overall positive experiences with each teller. I request certain denomination breakdown, and they’ve never refused me.”
