Ordered some parts, I asked if they could add some bubble wrap to one of the fragile parts and they very kindly did that for me. I live in Europe and everything arrived in perfect condition. fast and reasonably priced shipping, that was half the price the other companies wanted for shipping to my country. Very happy with their services.

I have used them constantly in the past for all of my cougar needs and have had a great experience. My latest order ( NOS) 1967 bumper was ordered on 6/8/24 and today it’s 6/18/24 and it still has not shipped. I have called, left message, I’ve been told that it would be shipped Monday 6/10/24. Next was told it would ship on 6/12/24, next was told it was on the Dock and would ship 6/13/24. Next was told they pulled the item and it wasn’t anything like the description of what was on line. Next was told the owner Don was out on vacation and he pulls and packages all NOS items and it would ship yesterday Monday 6/17/24. Today is 6/18/24 called again and asked when it would ship. No good answer. $800 Front bumper Very frustrating. Update!!!!
We found the NOS bumper you ordered last night, we boxed it up but UPS had already picked up for the day, it's on the table waiting for them to pick up today, you'll have the tracking number when the system processes those later today. So sorry for the delay!

I have a 68 Cougar and really love having WCCC available for help with questions and getting parts. Especially the hard ones to find. I have pretty much rebuilt my whole front end suspension and steering and everything has bolted up perfectly!!! Love these guys!!!
