If i could give 0 stars i would. I highly do not recommend this place and will never be coming back here again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any public setting. The man working behind the counter on 3-19-24 should not be working there. He started screaming at me because my card declined. He is clearly mentally unstable and has no clue how to act around human beings. My card declined because he tried to charge the wrong amount. Then he started screaming at me to leave. I will never come back here it was an awful experience and that man should be fired. I will leave a bad review every single way possible until he is. People come here when they are struggling. If you can't be kind to people in their times of need then go be a police officer I'm sure you would be much better suited for it. You are mentally unstable enough for it. I understand that there was a line behind me but i was barely 2 minutes into our transaction and we where almost finished with it. Everyone before me had taken 20 plus minutes each and I waited patently for my turn. Then less than 2 minutes into helping me this man was screaming at me and telling me I was making his line worse and blah blah blah. No one in customer service should ever act like that. It was insanity.

Poor customer service and everytime I come in they take forever and have a lobby full of people not being assisted . Worst place to cash a check or get a loan. So unprofessional!

Great place to cash your check it has a clean lobby they cash literally all checks. And they have money whenever I need it. Thanks Nancy.

Seems like most checks cashing places. Kind of boring with signs and pamphlets everywhere. A couple chairs. One to two employees behind a protective glass window. First time I went in, customer service was not great. Second time going in to take out a loan, the lady was nice. So, I guess it's a hit or miss on friendliness.
