they refuse to hire staff and expect us to use self checkout, supporting the unemployment crisis. line took FOREVER. not even busy. still love safeway because of their deals and app and convince but seriously hire people.also, everything seems to be expired, like they need more staff being attentive to stuff.

Right now if u go to the Safeway on Lancaster and silverton a region manager from arizona will be doing a walk through but they have all the shelf’s stock up , bakery, hot food already!! And brought over extra employees from other stores to help … so go now lol the lies the stores do cause this store never is ever stocked... read full comment

For a $50 cake, I was very disappointed in the quality. I ordered a vanilla cake with whipped topping with fresh strawberries. I was concerned it might not be sweet but was surprised the cake was so sweet tasted that hardly anybody touched the cake. It was the worst cake I have ever ordered.
