I recently purchased a new longarm from Whitlocks and I have to say everyone in the store is amazing to work with. They have been super helpful and even sold the longarm I was upgrading. I would highly recommend Whitlocks whether you are buying new or used.

Maria was super fast and very nice and had me back out the door in no time! She even taught me how to fix my beloved cheap plastic machine for the future, and sent me on my way feeling more confident than when I came in! I will definitely be returning for my future sewing needs 🖤🖤

Maria helped my husband and I today at Whitlocks, it’s the third time I’ve been in there and EVERY employee has been amazing. Maria was incredibly knowledgeable and spent time with us to show us some features on a sewing machine we had previously purchased.
She was so kind and welcoming even though we didn’t purchase our machine from their store. She showed med features and Apps for my machine and provided resources to me including a class they offer at their store! This is more than the store I purchased from has ever done, and I don’t have anything bad to say about them, but she was incredibly helpful! My husband and I are both blown away by the stellar customer service. All I have to say is, I will 100% buy our next machine from Maria & Whitlocks! They earn customers for life.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Made my old machine like new after another shop said it couldn’t be fixed. So grateful I found this shop. Definitely my new go to for all my sewing needs!

Customer service at its finest!!!
Both Todd and Chaz have been fantastic to work with through all the little quirks of owning a longarm.
Todd is committed to excellent service, he goes above and beyond to be sure I have what I need, get timely set up, and he provides personal hand delivery (note I'm 75 minutes away without traffic).
Chaz has patiently answered all of my questions, serviced my machine in a timely fashion, assisted me remotely so I don't have to make the big drive for little issues, and remained in communication with me while my machine is with him.
I have zero complaints, can I give a 6th star?
If ever I have need for a second machine, new machine, or am asked for a referral- there's only one place to go.

Even though they no longer do vacuum cleaners the lady was very nice, btw if she is reading this vacuum world does close at 4 on saturdays

Relocating from California was daunting, especially considering I have a Handi Quilter Infinity. What a reassuring delight to find that Whitlock’s is an authorized HQ dealer. Everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to do business with! Yvonne is one of the most experienced and supportive people I’ve encountered in any dealership; her patience and expertise are incredible.Bonus: Whitlock’s has relocated OUT of downtown which is a blessing for many reasons.

My only reason initially was to pick up my prize I won at a quilt show they sponsored. The staff were incredible, wait time was minimal, considering they had yet to unpack from the show. Pick up some of my favorite machine needles at an excellent price. I will be back!! Thanks for everything!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Quickly found the problem we were having with our sewing machine was that it had the wrong bobbin. They sold me the right size bobbin and demonstrated correct operation. Shout out to Maria Monahan for her excellent customer service!

I stopped in today to get a Miele cordless vacuum and I was extremely pleased with the overall selection of new and used options, and found just what I was looking for at a great deal. Ryan was friendly and provided exceptional customer service which really stood out. I will absolutely come back here for any future service or purchase needs.

I inherited an antique sewing machine and couldn't get the thread tension right, despite consulting You Tube and the manual. We dropped in to Whitlocks and Maria immediately responded, "Let's set it up and see what is going on". She quickly spotted the problem (my incompetence) and she kindly provided advice and sent us on our way. Part of our problem was low quality thread. Stitches were perfect when we left the shop. I was expecting to have to leave the machine and pay for a service call. Instead, I have the machine at home and can continue my project. This was another good experience with this business and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful for people like me who have limited experience.

Visited today in hopes of finding information on an old school vacuum. Was happy to find out that they refurbish and sell them. Staff was friendly and quite informative, answering all my questions and then some. I will be picking up my refurbished vacuum in a few days.
