Extremely high prices-they are the only compounding pharmacy in Salem and so they charge Ridiculously high prices on some compound medications(that are desperately needed for illness) but are hundreds of dollars less than online or pharmacies in Portland-wouldn’t recommend going here unless you truly have no other option.

1. They insist on being paid before they will even think about compounding your Rx. 2. Two weeks after being paid we called to see if the compound was ready. "She just finished it," was the reply. I immediately hopped in the car to go pick it up. There are maybe two or three parking spots on the street; the four or so that show on Google maps in the alley between Quizenberry's and Key Bank are marked on the wall,"Bank Parking Only." Drive out the bank drive through and down a steep ramp and you find parking for the pharmacy. Climb up the stairs and then WAIT for someone to appear. 3. When I asked for the Rx, the clerk looked in a couple of bins and then asked my name again. "I will go back and see if I can find it." Ten to fifteen minutes later - it was easy to watch the clock on the wall - she appears with the prescription and says, "That will be $XX" I said it was paid for two weeks ago. "Oh." The description on the prescription says, "Yellow ointment." The stuff in the jar is pure white. I hope it is the right stuff.AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Use an on-line service and receive the Rx faster.

Hard to get ahold of them. Was quoted a time for pickup. I made plans in salem since I live 40 minutes away based on their quoted time. I arrived 15 minutes after their quoted time to try and ensure it was done and give them some wiggle room. It was not completed and I was told it would be about a ten minute wait. The associate helping me left for the day and didn't pass on my information to anyone so I had to explain my situation AGAIN 30 minutes later. My prescription had been finished but since no one had passed on my information I was left standing in the pharmacy for about 40 minutes with my spouse and two hungry children in the car. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I find it appalling that the pharmacist at this place was not wearing anything over her face when I went to pick up my prescription there today. I asked the counter worker about it, and she responded that she had a face shield on. I pointed out that a face shield is not effective infection control, but, moreover, the face shield was pushed back on her forehead, not even covering her face. She is a licensed healthcare professional setting very poor example, and endangering the customers there, who presumably are their for treatment of an illness. Dumbfounded!

Very rude and condescending clerk. Was told I had a free refill, so when I was shocked at the cost, the clerk laughed and was very belittling. Will not be going back.

My friend and I were window shopping last weekend when we happened to walk by this store it looked super cute from the outside, so we went in and we're greated by jonwJon was very friendly and even though we were just looking the amount of customer service we were given was astounding! You can definently tell it is a family owned business, the courtesy and friendliness was a nice change from the world we are living in now, thank you Jon!

They have horrible customer experience. They don't open on time, whoever answers the phone is frequently rude and from talking with multiple other pharmacies, the compound prescription they made was inadequate. We drive two hours round trip to go to another compounding pharmacy because they were so bad.

Had a few issues with getting my first prescription through Quisenberry. I emailed them and expressed my concern for how things were handled. I received a phone call from the pharmacy and was very pleased with how quickly they replied to my email via phone. Will continue to use this pharmacy for my future compounded prescriptions. I've been going to the pharmacy to get all of my prescriptions filled for very long time they have great excellent customer service they also have a lot of unique little gifts in their retail shop and if you're even a traveler they have travel-size toothpastes shower gel and it's all at reasonable prices they don't try to rip you off like the big chains do
