The Hyundai Palisade Hyb. is a fantastic vehicle and we feel we bought it from a great dealer. After visiting 2 other dealers, we appreciated and noticed that both the physicality and cars were clean and well cared of at Withnell. Ray (sales person) was fantastic. He was chill, knowledgeable, honest, and both Ray, the manger, and finance stayed late adding to a smooth process, because it was at the end of the day. Ray also spent extra time with us showing us all the buttons and features before we drove home. :) Thanks again Ray.

I did a KKB instant offer and this was the dealer it was sent to. The offer was a little lower than I wanted. They contacted me at least 12 times that they wanted to buy my car. I asked if the offer was set in stone or if it could be higher. They said it could be higher but they needed to see the car. I asked how long the process would take. They said 15 minutes. On my day off I go in. About 40 minutes in, they offer $1k less than the kbb offer. This was frustrating to me because I specially said I did not have time to waste and I would not sell it for less money. I would consider other places if you are going to sell your car to a dealer.

Our family purchased a vehicle online and they delivered it to us. We were so excited they were willing to bring us the vehicle. As soon as we drove it home from delivery we new something was wrong. It was 9pm at this point so we waited till morning and called to let them know we thought the transmission was out. They said there was no way but they would have it towed to their closest dealership to get it looked at. They never scanned it or drove it outside the parking lot. They told us the parking break was on and we had drove it like that..... unfortunately that was not the case and it was actually the first thing we checked when we noticed something wasn't right on night one. We picked the vehicle up and drove it home and on the drive home noticed it still had the problem. We called several times for help and worh no luck took it to our own mechanic who hooked his scanner uo and immediately said the transmission was bad and needed replaced. We contacted the dealership immediately again. They refuse to fix it and have gave us the run around and are trying to get the warranty to cover it saying it wasn't like that before amd they belive theor mechanic. Wr are now out a vehicle that we cant afford to fix and still habw to make payments on. They sctrwf over a family eith no care of the effect it has in us. They treated us horribly. All we want is it to be fixed like ot should be. Horrible experience.

Great sales experience, and I’ve been buying cars longer than I want to talk about.
Most of my contact was with Keanu Seeborg, he listened very well, a sign of a good sales person. He handled our transaction from start to finish, with the exception of a short period of time spent with Bill in F & I. Bill was also very professional and straight forward. Keanu was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the new vehicle.
There was no bs or double talking.
To top the experience off as I was getting into our new Santa Fe, a serviceman hollered Thanks across the lot and asked to make sure we got our floor mats.

After visiting over seven dealerships, I tried test driving a lot of different kind of cars overall this Hyundai Tucson 25 Limited fully loaded had all the features that I could think for the next 10 years and my sales associate who helped who also speaks Español Alexander Guevara. Who was able to help me test drive three different vehicles finding out which one have the best auto drive. - SatoshiUNO ** Usually I would have something to complain or suggest in this case I didn’t. The paperwork was super fast! Also, the car is great with a six gear not CVT transmission the turbo kicks in then you can coast and still get over 30 or 35+ miles a gallon…

Big thanks to the service team! I went in for a simple oil change, and they found an issue that was covered under warranty. My vehicle had to stay overnight, but Bradley and Christopher really went above and beyond to take care of everything, including helping me get a rental car so I could stay on schedule. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. Thanks again to everyone at Wetnell Motor Company!

First time dealing with this service department. Our son's car wouldn't start & we had it towed to Withnell. It was later on in the afternoon so we knew it wouldn't be looked at that day. Bradley was able to get it looked at the following day and was also able to have the work covered under warranty. We were so happy and grateful for his expertise and assistance.
