This is the only auto parts business I use for work and for my vehicles.All the folks that are there do a super job.My go to contact Is Mike K.for everything,he can find the correct parts and a great price, nothing short of "Superb" When I I have a disaster with work vehicles,he always has the answer, almost daily contact for parts,and outstanding customer support.the whole team there is what teamwork is about, customer service is the best. You want the correct part,go here all the folks do there job, I gave all the stars, because they deserve it, professionalism at its finest, Advance in Sandy, Oregon

Came in to get battery checked. Needed replaced. Bought battery and wonderful worker installed it for me. The employees are wonderful. Definitely recommend.

While I don't expect staff to be overtly jovial, what exactly is the purpose of being unfriendly and blatantly rude with paying customers? These employees need to be taught professionalism and how to treat customers with courtesy and respect. If perhaps you are having a personal bad day, or overall you chose to be a miserable person, learn to deal with it, don't use your paying customers as an outlet for your misery.

Good place to get car care products as well as parts. They have some tools but not a huge selection, and are a little on the expensive side, but they often have pretty good sales that can offset the cost if you plan ahead. The employees are fairly knowledgeable and are willing to help with any issues you may have. Overall a good automotive store.

Was in there, picking up a part for my husband. The machine kept declining my card. I called my bank and they told me everything was fine and to try again. For some reason my card finally went through and the employee told me if I paid my bills, my card wouldn’t get declined. And so I returned it right there and told them I wasn’t coming back. Me and my husband I’ve been shopping there for years never had any issues, but still never going back.
