Went to store in Sandy. It was shuttered with a FOR RENT sign on the door. Called the store number and got someone in Texas at their "support" center. Useless. I have an LG phone and was asking about batteries and she said they didn't put batteries in in the stores, and they didn't even sell LG phones anymore. WASTE OF TIME. AT&T is going into the tank.

Hunter at the Sandy At&t store was great. He helped me upgrade my plan and set up a new line with a new phone. I will most likely return to update both our phones before Christmas. Great customer service.
