You must have a membership to shop here. There is an interior gate with an attendant, just flash them your membership card and you'll be in with no wait. If you don't have a membership, it's very easy to sign up. $5 one-time fee for your family to have a lifetime membership. Easy-peasy.
Once you're inside, you'll find an assortment of goods. Clothes, outdoor gear, fishing, firearms, groceries, housewares, garden supply, etc. This store is definitely themed towards rural living and the things you might need for a rural lifestyle.
If you need assistance, it's easy to find someone to help you. The staff are friendly, and they all have - at minimum - an acceptable customer service aptitude. Most staff are willing to go above-and-beyond for customer needs.
The only time you may wait for service is if you're wanting something that is from a secure area such as a glass case or rack. Once help arrives, they are friendly and attentive - but do not expect them to be as knowledgeable on the secure items as a specialty shop would be.
Overall, Bi-Mart is a nice place to shop. You don't shop here to save money, or to find the best selection - you shop here because it's a laid back experience that has the things most people need and it doesn't add more stress to your day when you're there.

Customer service here is awesome! I went in to rent a Rug Dr carpet cleaner machine and got one with only 13 hrs of use and cheaper than anywhere else in town as I called around to check! Clean and ready to go. Had an employee load it up in my car for me and away I went. ?

Love visiting my local "Buy More" store on a weekly basis, if I can help myself. They are some of my favorite people in the retail setting in the Sandy area and are always as absolutely helpful as possible when called out to for help with something.

This store is like shopping at a condensed local Walmart. Everything's at a good price. There's a variety of everything from automotive, sporting goods, baking goods, hunting gear, hair dye, work shoes, dry good groceries, office supplies, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and the customer service is fantastic! Always helpful. Knowledgeable! And gardening. From soil to seed to plant and all the needs in between. All you need is five dollars for a lifetime membership! So worth it!!!
