We had our 2014 Ford Explorer towed to Champion Collision after it was hit in the driver’s front wheel area. Previously Champion Collision fixed the tailgate and rear camera on our Ford Explorer and we were pleased with their work. Since we trusted them, we now wanted them to repair the damages caused by the accident. Our insurance deemed the car was totaled (it is 12 years old and the value of the car was less than 7K). We asked Champion Collision if the car could be repaired as we wanted to keep it. They advised us that if we did the minimal repairs, it would cost us less than $2,000. That was good news and we agreed to have them repair our vehicle IF there was no damage to the suspension. They took it to the Sandy Les Schwab and then reported to us that all our Ford Explorer needed was an alignment. We were happy, but very surprised that no additional repair to our suspension was needed. Champion Collision “repaired” our vehicle and we drove it home. However, when the insurance company required an inspection on the repairs of our Explorer, Gresham Ford found a bent lower control arm and damage to the tie ends caused by the accident! We went back to Champion Collision for an explanation. Both the owner and the office clerk told me they relied upon Les Schwab’s suspension check and they were not liable. After speaking with Les Schwab, I discovered there was not a suspension check report or even the customary computer generated report on our Ford Explorer. We asked for a full report on our car’s suspension and was told all we needed was an alignment. Champion Collision did not disclose to us the complete damage to our car and let us drive away in a car that was not road worthy. We relied on their expertise and advice and followed their advice and recommendations completely. They have not accepted any responsibility in this matter. Neither have they responded to questions sent in an email or returned my latest call. Our trust in this business is gone and we could not recommend this business to anyone.

First off, get a dashcam. It is worth every penny. After a driver backed into me and then tried to claim I hit her, I was left dealing with damage to my vehicle and an insurance claim. I brought my car to Champion, and I am so glad I did.
Igor handled everything from start to finish with total professionalism. The estimate was done quickly, they got my car in within a week, and when I picked it up, it looked like the accident never happened. The paint match was flawless, OEM parts were used throughout, and the quality of the work was excellent.
Communication was excellent the entire time. Igor called me with updates, so I always knew what was happening and when. We were referred to Champion by family and friends, and they absolutely lived up to the hype.
If you need collision repair or even custom body work, this is the place to go. Champion is hands down the best body shop in Sandy!

After 3 months of waiting I finally picked up my truck. Champion said it was good to go. Right away I noticed it was missing plastic trim. After further inspection this is what I found. Body lines don’t match up and overspray on my wheel liner. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else. $12000 in repairs and I’m extremely disappointed.

Champion Collision did a great job with the repair of my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the process, and gave me repair options to keep the cost within my budget. I recommend this shop.

Where do I begin! We’ve had multiple cars fixed here.
I can’t say enough about these guys. Stacey, Tamra and the rest are just amazing.
We had two vehicles totaled in this past ice storm. Our insurance was being very “difficult”
These guys went the extra million miles for us!!!
If you need anything done nothing is too small or big. Please see them!!
Then tell them I said hello!
I will be stopping by every now and then and most definitely be sending them a Christmas card! Plus the puppy Maverick is just adorable!! I would give them 10 gold stars if I could!

Champion Collision was recommended to me by a friend, but I don't think I can recommend it to other people. They make you believe that they work for you and not for the insurance companies, but in reality they work for their own benefit because only they make money. I took my MDX to be fixed and my insurance paid over $9,000 for the repair. When I went to pick it up, I had to ask them to have someone come with me to inspect the work they had done and to explain if I had any questions. When I began the inspection, I found details that had not been done, such as removing paint from the passenger window glass. Also the paint didn't feel smooth and they had to sand it when they had already told me it was completely finished. This tells me that they do not have good quality control and customer service. Since I believe that we should all have a second chance, the day I picked up my MDX, that same day my wife left her car with Champion Collision because someone had rear-ended her and we thought that since we were already working with them on my MDX it would be convenient that Champion Collision fixes my wife's car. This was very stressful because they didn't want to give us the car because they said the insurance didn't want to pay them. After 4 days of call after call with the insurance and Champion Collision, they finally delivered the car to us. Additionally the repair to the minor damages on my MDX took several weeks to be complete. At the time of inspection, we also found that the plastic next to the tire did not fit together correctly. After an hour of trying they were able to fix it. Again, poor quality control and terrible customer service. My intention in writing this is that the same thing does not happen to other people and that Champion Collision pays attention to the quality of work that its clients deserve because they are being paid a premium price for the work.

Truly terrible experience. I waited almost 2 months to even get my car in the shop for relatively minor damage because they were waiting on the parts they ordered. Fine, not really their fault. I can see it with COVID and supply chain issues. Then I get the call that I can bring my car by. What was initially estimated to take about 2-3 weeks took over 3 months. Excuse after excuse, terrible communication, no one ever returned my calls for status updates as promised. I don't know if the office staff are simply incompetent or are amused by giving their customers the run around. Later I found out part of the delay was because they never ordered the parts until they had my vehicle. So I waited forever for the parts to come in that never did, then waited forever again for them to receive the parts while having my vehicle. Their loaner is a pile and dangerous, check engine light, TPMS sensors going off, etc. I finally get a call that I can come collect my vehicle but I was out of town for a wedding. I get back and call them to say I am coming by and guess what. Now my vehicle was damaged in their shop and needs to be repaired and have a piece painted again. Seriously!?I truly try to be reasonable, but nothing about this experience with Champion was reasonable. Terrible customer service and communication, dismissive or incompetent staff in the office, lies about having the parts ready for the work.I was excited to come to this shop because of the great reviews and a personal recommendation from family who had a wonderful experience. I was very disappointed in the reality of the service, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go to Hillsboro for repairs if you have to.

I wish I had chosen a different shop. I was in a minor rear end accident on July 1. My friend had a good experience at Champion Collision and the reviews were solid and this was geographically convenient. But today is November 3 and they just finished work on my car. Service for me was dismissive and patronizing and a string of excuses.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I won't go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They helped so much with car insurance to make sure I was covered for the rental during the time my car was getting the work done (during the pandemic so a lonnng time waiting on parts) . They fixed my car as good as it ever was and were so personable. I highly recommend!

We recently took our truck to Champion Collision for damage that occurred in Oct. 22. We could not get an appt. until the first part of January, 23. They had our truck for three months, and during that time, we were given misinformation, a runaround about parts, and very little communication and promised call backs. When we finally brought the truck home, the right rear turn signal would not work. We contacted Rebecca, and a tech specialist came to our home and was unable to determine the problem. We had to take it to a Chevy dealership diagnosis and repair. The problem happened when they removed the front fuse box in the repair process, and it was damaged. We had to pay $1,400 to get the fuse box replaced, and Champion Collision refuses to take responsibility. We are now forced to take them to small claims court. Never would I recommend this company for any auto repair!

These guys are professionals. Men and women. I try to avoid accidents but when they happen these people make it all just fine. With a smile on their face. And the other sides insurance money in their pocket. It's not a good experience it's just the best experience that can be made from a bad experience. If you know what I mean.
