Scheduled an oil filter tire rotate on a Saturday. Service was completed in 70 minutes and the quote was reduced with a $20 courtesy coupon! I drive an hour both ways from Ridgefield WA for service at Dick Hannah Chevy where I purchased my truck. I am very satisfied!

I had a small issue with my recent purchase and found out it was left over from the previous owner. DH Service took over a total fix for the problem at no cost to me. This is my second truck purchase from this dealership and I will return when I need some new form of transportation. Thank you to the Service Staff.

It took over three weeks to get an appointment to check what o star said I had an issue with my antilock breaks and I had a tire monitor out! When got there their machine was broken and I received an email after I left with a lot of thing needed done with cost a lot of money to get done, was shocked on the cost of everything and when I got back decided to take the problem somewhere else and got the problem fixed !

Dealership did not notify me or body shop of delay after 1 day of 80k mile service. Took several days to take truck to body shop delayed repair by a week. Leaving me without a vehicle to home and work three and a half hours away.

Do not take your EV here. I made an appointment 10 days in advance, then had to leave my truck for another 3 weeks before they got it into the shop. At every step of the way (from the tech comments and advisor conversations) I felt that EVs were definitely not their specialty and their EV experience was very limited.
