Very nice tellers that work in the banks, but the process of transfers, and ATM deposits are outdated... If you deposit Cash into an ATM outside of business hours it doesn't get deposited till the next business day when a banker decides to go collect the deposits from the machine. On top of that any transfers on the weekend through banking apps like Venmo or PayPal will not be started till Monday and in your account Tuesday more then likely, even if you pay the instant transfer fees. Really love the small town atmosphere and wish I could continue Banking with them.

If you like money, don't ever use CCB. I will first start off by saying that the CCB app is for the most part well optimized and easy to use and the people that work on the phones are very nice and will try to help with issues, but that really doesn't do much with how many issues there are. I'm a full time student and the way that I have been taken care of at CCB causes me so much stress. They constantly lose track of my money and if it's the weekend you're flat out of luck to get any problems resolved. They've also have been "Transferring credit holders" for months and I constantly try and give this bank chances but this really is horrible. All transfer take over 24 hours to go through, whether it be from Venmo or even from a savings account to a checking account and like I said, if it's the weekend you are out of luck to actually have the money in your account to use. When I called about this exact issue they said to just plan every purchase like I could plan an emergency trip to the vet. I've also been told multiple times this issue won't be a problem for long but it has been 3 months at least. They also charge 30 dollar overdraft fees even though they don't update how much money is in your account. Sorry for the rant. In conclusion, if you hate money and are into early 1900's style banking this is the place for you. Seriously though, if you make purchases daily and aren't living in Sandy do not use this bank ever!

Odd experience today. I’ve been meaning to stop in and open a bank account as we’ve recently moved to Sandy and today I also needed a notary so I called to confirm they have one and went in to take care of both. The gal on the phone confirmed and it was no issue. Once I walked in I told the first gal I’m there for the notary and was going to proceed to tell her and to also open an account for my husband and I, but this older lady with long blonde hair very rudely cut me off mid sentence and yelled out “are you a customer?!” And I said “no, but” and she cut me off again and rudely stated “we only do notary for our customers!”. I was a bit shocked at the sheer lack of customer service because I can’t quite remember the last time I’ve encountered such a shrewd person face to face. It was almost comical it was so bad. I left and will definitely not be opening my account with this bank. Yikes.

If I could go in the negatives I would. This bank will take ur money for the most stupid reason and just shrug you off like you being thier customer is irritating them. Any reason you give them they will dock ur account for 30 dollars. This place is a joke.

Rude, they straight steal your money and couldn't care less about any of thier customers. Thier slow at processing your money and short with your funds when they finally do. I would suggest going to any other bank other than this one. Don't say I didn't tell ya.

After sitting down with their finance department it's pretty sad how they can't even call you back with details on a home loan I went to another bank through HomeStreet financial and was approved within minutes and closed on my new house I would never recommend the finance department of Sandy Oregon or Gresham pretty sad business they run

I started working here in the middle of august. About a week and a half in I had a random serious illness start. I came to find out it was the onset of an autoimmune disease. I stayed completely upfront and honest with my department and supervisor where my health was at. That I would be sick for about a month until they got the diagnosis nailed down and then it would be controlled easily with medication. The whole department said to not worry about it to go to appointments, encouraged me to be vulnerable, and said we were a family. I started feeling sick one day and I felt it was unsafe to stay at work because I was going to pass out so I decided I needed to go home. I got that approved and I drove home. The next day I went in and was fired. I was deeply confused as I put this job ahead of my health for over a month. The sickness had caused me to have a fever of 100-102 everyday and severe pain, yet I showed up to work every day. I was even told it had nothing to do with my work. I was a hard worker. They were just worried about me being a liability. If I was past my 90 days this would be a wrongful termination suit. I would not suggest working here. I even tried to reach out to my supervisor the day I was terminated and was completely ignored. Not a great atmosphere for employees if you just happen to get sick. Even if it’s completely beyond your control.

Need to improve their website for current and potential customers. Also, when I called to ask about account offering information and rate schedules that should've been on there, they were unable to assist me with that information. Moved on...

Family owned!! They knows their customers by name. If they offer a drive-up, they use it, unlike another bank in town. Community involvement. I am very excited for this to happen and their building will have a very nice added feature. stay tuned

Been with this bank for about 30 years. I love it and wont even consider going to another bank. The chain of command is right there in the building, no waiting for someone in another state to call me back, if ever. Keep up the good work Clackamas County Bank.

Banked with this wonderful community bank for almost 30 years. Still have an account with my son. Tried to cash a $145 tax return check and because my husband who also had an account with them for flipping ever wasn't with me and we TOGETHER no longer have an account... they would not cash the check. They KNOW us. But rules are rules and they are not customer friendly. If you don't bank there... don't consider it. They are handy in our little community but they are severely lacking in that small town customer feel. Most mountain businesses are awesome. This one feels like your in Portland. Just saying.....
