this location CANNOT print labels posted by FedEx to customers for returns. Failure to service customers. No excuse.

I understand this a pickup drop off but I've never dealt with someone less helpful and more rude. Had to direct me to another aisle to purchase a box to put my item in. Would not tell me if my label would work or not until after I bought tape to affix it to the box, since they couldn't help me with that either, then told me my label wouldn't work. Spend the extra money in gas to go to a full service fed ex where the attendant will do more than just stand there and look pretty.
