This was the absolute worst experience of my life, lady cutting hair said she was sick and then proceeded beat the hwll out of my head with a trimmer no finesse and had worst customer service. Beware of evening barbers on Tuesdays!

Today I called for an appointment at around 2:50. The woman told me they are “walk in only,” so I asked how many people were in line at the moment. “Three,” she said. I asked how many employees were currently working. “Right now, two.”
Those numbers seemed okay (three waiting, two employees), so I got in my car and drove across town to get in line.
I walked in around 2:57, and the only employee in the store asked me, “Did you check in online?” I replied, “No, I was told it was walk-in only.” She paused for a bit, then said, “Well, I’ve got another girl on her way right now, and she’s about five minutes out. Would you like to check in?”
I looked at the computer, which indeed had three names in the queue and an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. “No,” I said, then walked out.
Had she been honest with me about the current amount of employees working, or the fact I could have checked in from home and waited there, perhaps I’d be getting my haircut today with Great Clips. But she understated staffing levels and told me service was “walk-in only.” Because of this employee, I wasted an entire trip into town, only to learn there wouldn’t be enough time to get my haircut before my next scheduled activity.
I was lied to (or misinformed, under-informed, whatever you’d call that), my time and fuel were wasted, and I’m not going to attempt a return trip in the future. Sorry, Great Clips, you lost a potential customer.

I was told they would have a special one more day and made an appointment, when I arrived they told me they are no longer doing the special, and had taken in people before my appointment so I would have to wait .

Both times that Perfect look has failed me Great Clips has saved my day. Half an hour of using a curling iron and bobby pins saved my evening with my husband on Friday. Thank you!!

We were a walk in and my son was traveling the next day...we waited a total of 2 minutes only. He was cut and styled and out the door 15 minutes later for all of $22.00.... pleased with the cut and the service

Terrible experience, we had our son haircut here and we had to tell the stylist multiple time what we expected but even after describing over and over we got the end result which is bad. She completely did not finish and you can see the sides are not strait or the lines are not clean. See the pics. Will not go again and don't recommend.

Terrible experience, I booked 4 haircuts with one hour in advance. We got there on time and the lady messed up the schedule, deleting three of us. After a long wait they found a way to put the names back on the list. By now the schedule was already messed up so people started to arrive thinking they were next.
One lady took care of my toddler and after taking forever left her hair totally uneven. I respectfully said I would not paid for that hair cut because clearly I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The other lady offered to fix it but to make it even it ended up being way shorter that I initially requested.
When it was time to pay the machine froze and we had to wait until they figured out how to fix it.
The system automatically shows tips 5$ and above per hair cut witch is already more than 20%. I don’t mind tipping for a good service but this time it was not deserved.
After I got home I checked my hair and found chunks of hair way longer than the rest… I will have to go somewhere to get it fix.
Never again GREAT CLIPS
NEVER AGAIN ….

Good experience, good haircut, conversation, and price
