Me and my bf walked in for haircuts he got seated, and I was ignored. Told that they have appointments for 10 am, in a rude tone. Not family friendly.

They wouldn't perm my bleached hair. I didn't get what I wanted but I appreciated the honesty. I probably could have lost all of my hair had they agreed to do it. When it comes to hair, I have no idea what I am doing. Thank you for listening to me and telling me NO anyways. :-)
I do like my haircut though!!

Got in quick for my 3 year old who usually doesn’t like haircuts. The lady did great with him and he left happy! Reasonable price too

I set an appointment online, to have wavy tendrils and to have some of the hair to be secured in the back. When I arrived Jeni was rude and when I showed her what I wanted she stated they don't do updos. Pretty sure she failed the curling iron class in beauty school. This is my 2nd failure by this location, the first time I was told they don't flat iron hair.

Didn't even cut my hair like I asked. How hard is it for an inch on top. I get using your fingers but no one has two inch fingers. When I got home and saw how long they left it in the back I went back and they seemed put out to fix it

I went into perfect look for a haircut, Was very nervous to go somewhere new. I was greeted by a very nice lady named Marilyn. Showed Marilyn a pic of the haircut I was hoping for and she did it. Great cut and she was super nice. I will be going back to Marilyn ? she exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Marilyn.

I basically paid for a razor cut and insults. My stylist was really sweet but didn't do what I asked for and it was rushed. It was extremely insulting to sit and listen to two other "professionals" bash a professions I care deeply about...education. I don't go to salons to be insulted or listen to biased opinions. It was extremely inappropriate. I will not go back! YOU can't blame education on everything!!! I don't blame education for your lack of insensitivity and unprofessionalism!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, due to their attitude being unpleasant. I had an appointment and asked what the protocol for a perm was and had directed her attention to a poster they had up. She said "that's a wig on a model, it won't look like that". She used foul language during my cut and was upset I ask for a specific cut that it was cutting her finger tips. Weeks later I walk in with my boys seeing how the sign says walk ins welcome and am told I have to make an appointment although no customers where there and two women sitting doing nothing. One even commented " she hates when people just walk in with their kids". Will never go back.
