Michelle should not be working with customers. Prescription was sent in 24 hours ago and she was super rude about it. Told me it wouldn’t be ready for days for a very basic anti nausea medication. I’ll be done with the flu by the time it’s ready lmao. Don’t put a snarky person like her on your pharmacy register. I told her sorry for wasting your time and she just said yea. Normally when I come here they are super sweet and friendly. But it’s crazy how one person can ruin that for everyone. Get some training in decency.

Doesn't start your script tell you physically go in and disregard any doctor that marks it as urgent. So if you need a script be prepared to wait a couple hours for them to do their job. That is if they aren't all out at the exact same time for lunch. Love the small town stronghold.

No one picked up when I called. Safeway renewed Prescriptions that were never picked up there. Lady at counter refused to listen to me and was rude.

Extremely Rude staff, Incompetent pharmacist who cannot count or read, and likes to argue even when shes wrong
it took the Dr telling her otherwise...Celeste who has No pharmaceutical or people skills what so ever. Hangs up on people, has Ordered wrong medications countless times, seems to think 12×30 = 360 is a 45 day supply even though it's been the same Rx for years! Finally had enough and switched pharmacys yesterday.
We will now drive further out of our way to not deal with these individuals.

Reliable! Fast! On their game here at Sandy Pharmacy! What a refreshing difference since switching over from our local Walgreens. Safeway pharmacy doesn't shut down and randomly close leaving you with out your medication! So thank you Safeway Pharmacy your doing things right!

Always friendly staff. Prescriptions are filled promptly and depending on the time of day you go there is hardly ever a wait.

Was told my prescription would be ready in about a half hour and to wait for a text. Never got a text. Went back to check after an hour only to be told that my prescription was out of stock.

I have been going there for over a decade. In the last year the pharmacist and her front counter girl that works in the mornings have become rude and not ontime. I get notified it is ready only to come in and get one excuse or another. I missed a MRI due to them being late. I did try to explain that to them they didnt care. Officially changing my pharmacy. Sad cause the lady in the afternoons is rather nice. Time sadly dictates when I can come in. Sorry not sorry do your job better.
