This place should be avoided. I did not have a good experience. They did not communicate well while the car was in the shop. Al there is not pleasant and the owner Brandon is disrespectful. My car sat a long time before it was repaired. They admittedly, per the owner upon pick up, jumped my car backwards. The owner said I was confused on what he'd said then. I was not. The radio was not working when I picked the car up due to a blown fuse. The car had been sublet out while the autobody had it in their possession for a few electrical issues. The autobody shop claimed they were pre-existing issues. They were not. The car battery was maybe 2 years old tops when the car was was wrecked. They do not stand behind their mistakes. Lessons learned on me to get their admitted mistakes in writing. I had a long winded issue with the a/c after the car was repaired that after a few attempts to isolate the problem it turned out to be an electrical issue. The car is destroyed now due to catastrophic engine failure. It is a kia so there's other contributing factors. I just wondered why we got no warning lights to the engine issue; yet another electrical issue?
The autobody shop owner called me today to discuss after Al emailed me back and forth on my inquiry. The owner Brandon was patronizing and rude. Laughing and talking over the top of me and cutting me off after asking for my explanation of things. I don't think it's funny I lost a car. I also think that is terrible customer service not to listen to your customer's concerns and come with such a nasty and aggressive attitude.
It is what it is. Again, lessons learned. Namely, no one should take their car to this repair shop! Ever!

I was recently rear ended and needed my whole back end fixed. Austin was great with communication, super friendly and explained the process very well. They went out of their way to take me home after dropping off my car and even helped me pick up my car when it was complete. Miguel and Austin at Sandy Auto Body are super sweet and I can’t say enough good things about them and this place. I absolutely recommend!

Austin from the west location is absolutely amazing! I brought my Chrysler 300 in and he took excellent care of me. And my car looks great.. I 1000% recommend this company. And give Austin a raise. He’s really good at what he does.

I was having my F150 Raptor covered in matte paint protection film at Elite Window Tinting and they recommended Sandy Autobody East to match the canopy. SAB did a great job, completed the job on time and the finish was a great match. Would highly recommend.

Sandy Auto Body East of Sandy, Oregon was recommended to me as having expertise in repairing minor damage in a timely, fair priced manner.
In my case, the right rear tire and bumper of my 2005 VW Jetta had been damaged as I swerved in an attempt to avoid a hazard. There was minimal damage to the car, but the fasteners for the right rear bumper had been broken, knocking the end towards the wheel well loose.
Their professional, experienced staff quickly examined the situation and concluded all it would take was removing the right rear tail light and bumper to place the bumper in its proper position, and then use a simple fastener to hold it in place. Their estimate for this procedure was about 10 minutes of time, which they were willing to donate free of charge.
But, as I left, the warning light for a "defective bulb" lit up on my dash. I immediately returned to the shop with this new problem, and once again they came to the rescue. Replacing the tail light bulb with a new one, they sent me on my way problem-free!
Terrific service, knowledgeable crew and readily available parts made this commendable experience one worth sharing!

I was refered to S A B by Kosrow Automotive Repair in Boring. Another 5 star service business. From the moment I gave my diesel Excursion to Allan and Tanna it has been a truly wonderful and worry free experience. They worked to ensure the highest quality parts went on and in my vehicle. The technician was Todd who did and outstanding job. Every part is perfect and paint job the best. At the time my vehicle was in the shop it was the least expensive. Which should tell anyone the quality of their work and reputation. I have been back twice to express my deepest gratitude to all involved in my trucks care. I have a nearly 40 year old vehicle that I plan to have them restore. I have ZERO reservations recommending S A B to anyone. ZERO.

Very good service and excellent work/results on minor body damage. Austin was able to save me a little $$ from the quoted price. I appreciate him taking that initiative. The cherry on top is that they detailed my car before returning it! It looks amazing and I’m so thankful for that added service. 100%!!
