Bad service from the man with white hair at the desk. He was really rude and disrespectful and charged me $50 for just looking at my muffler screws. I left with nothing and took it to a more experienced shop that knew what they were talking about.

A friend and I took a chainsaw to get tuned up and serviced, Tim took the chainsaw without me saying that he could and put it on the rack, And I was chill about it at first. Then a week goes by and I call Tim regarding the chainsaw and he said that he hasn’t even touched the saw, at this point I needed the saw for work and it was taking longer then he said it would. I call him the next week asking him if he could get the saw done by the end of the week, he was a little bit aggressive over the phone about him being to “busy” to do anything with the saw. But with enough begging we got him to finish the saw by the end of the day. He calls me back later that day and says that the saw cylinder head was “Melted” I was concerned about the news he gave me about the saw. So I asked him if he could do anything about it and he gave me a price that was higher then the price that I got the saw at, so I decided to take the saw back (that he never serviced) and took it to another shop. The other shop had a completely different say about the saw. He said that the cylinder head was perfectly healthy and all it needed was a carburetor tune (which he got done). Then I decided to go back to Tim and let him know about what happened and he started to have a aggressive attitude and even told me to go hitch a hike. I told him to stop being a liar and walked out the door with my friend only to be chased by Tim with something in his hands and yelling “Run forest, Run!” At me and my friend. We got away from the situation worried that we were going to get shot at. This was my horrible and scary situation with this shop. Tim was extremely rude, disrespectful and dangerous. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this shop.

Tim is a wonderful neighbor and fine merchant, a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous, and honest. Every yard machine I have bought for the last 11 years has been from him. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

We have used them for over 30 years. Best place to get chains sharpened and the only place we buy and service our chainsaws and weedeaters. Highly recommended.
