I do all of my own auto work including transmission rebuilds, which I hate, so I'm untrusting of any shop for the most part. This place is an exception of the rule. They actually know what they're doing. As much as I like Les Schwab for the service, they can't align anything most of the time, and these guys can. More than just tires, they'll do brakes, wheel bearings, ball joints, drive shafts, basically, as long as it's not an engine or transmission and it drives the tires they'll touch it. Labor prices are standard, but their tire prices have been exceptional. My family and I have purchased 11 sets of tires from them over the years and they have consistently beat out Les Schwab and Point S in pricing. You also get everything you would expect from a big shop like Les Schwab - free tire rotations and balancing, decent warranty on the tires and free replacement within a certain period, etc. These guys have never put forth anything less than 100%, and they have squeezed me into the schedule multiple times even though they were clearly busy. The typical wait for a balance and rotation is 15 to 20 minutes if you made an appointment. Free Wi-Fi and coffee in the waiting room, but the most important thing to me is their diagnostic skills. There's been a couple times where I can't pinpoint exactly what's wrong, and they have. In like 3 minutes. And then I feel like a complete idiot. They're very good at what they do.

Depending on who I’m talking to at the desk. Hit or miss, some visits I talk to someone who knows their stuff. Some who probably good with their hands just not the front desk service. I’ll still come here when needed. Just giving my 2¢, probably 25¢ cause of inflation (😂). Overall nice people.

Best shop on the mtn. Always professional and get the job done right. Competitive prices and friendly atmosphere. We trust them with all 3 of our vehicles that run up amd down the mtn rd every day. Highly recommended 💯

My husband took my jeep to Sandy Tire this morning to have my snow tires put on. The proceeded to come out and ask him if he knew he had a busted lug nut (which we absolutely did not). He a tally heard the staff talking about how it was an accident and it wasn't anyone's fault and then the owner tried to charge us to fix it and then tried to over charge for putting the snow tires on! I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

Came back from sno park and one tire was losing air. Stopped by on the way back to the hotel and they fix it for free. Thank you whomever you are from San Jose (born only but moved there). Happy thanksgiving and great service. Family thanks you too

Great on time service! Great location. They diagnosed my noise issue for free, ordered the repair part, and later installed it. Problem? Bent heat shield rubbing on the drive line. Thank you, Sandy Tire (and more than just tires)!
