“I went in to ship a couple of boxes and when I got there, there was one clerk and a line of people. Despite it being later in the afternoon, and temporarily working solo, Mandy was wonderful. She had a big smile, an upbeat, chipper attitude and she was very friendly and helpful. Her co-worker arrived just as she was getting to the end of the line.Mandy was very efficient and knew how to do her job well. And she greeted many customers by calling them by name. She seemed to know a lot of the customers and have a great repoire with them.Way to go Mandy!”
