Ordered a Colorado here in December, finally got it in July. Mason was pretty cool. Jeremy Wood, not so much. I told Mason to cancel the black badging and decal on my build as I was afraid of the results when I found out it was dealer installed. I was right. Crooked as s**** So bad I had to debadge it myself. See for yourself. They won't even refund or offer me store credit. They offered to replace it, and I'd love to go back 15 more times till they get it right said no one. I mean take ownership. You can't eyeball these without index points. It's a total of $350.00. Mere pennies to a stealership. So don't bother here, unless you don't care about attention to detail. The second to last photo, you can see the tan lines. I posted the build sheet too.

The actual "sales" experience was ok. It was the trade-in that turned into a nightmare. Realizing that the market is so strong for good used vehicles, we asked weeks in advance of our new vehicle arriving for a fair edmunds trade-in value, they said they would work with us. Fast forward to the new vehicle arriving in town, they then told us we would be better off selling our old vehicle ourselves, which only gave us 6 days to make an attempt. It was explained that they were going to wholesale the vehicle, so they would only be getting wholesale price, hence they couldn't offer us any more...but our trade is on their lot listed for 7k more than what they gave us, so they blatantly lied to us. If they had been up-front with us weeks prior when we first asked, we could have been 3-5k ahead...instead they sat on the fact they were going to hold out until the last minute, then made all the profit for themselves. When approached about our frustrations, they told us they would have no problem selling the Tahoe to somebody else. Keep in mind this was after/durning us spending over $140k with them in about a month. Needless to say, we will not be returning, and I would warn anyone from trusting their sales department. It should be mentioned that Tim Pullen was great...he did what he could to help even though the deal wasn't technically his. I'm sure none of this would have been an issue if we had worked with him from the start.

My wife brought her Tahoe to the Suburban shop for a fairly simple repair that should have taken a few hours. Mechanic messed up the repair and told the service writer it was like that when the car arrived, which it was not. Tahoe was in the shop for 3 days and they charger her for what they messed up. I noticed discrepancies on the repair invoice and called the service manager, Ron, to complain about the service and requested a corrected invoice. Ron said he would set aside time to meet and discuss with me but neither met nor corrected the invoice. We were planning on a new Chevrolet purchase but with the horrible experience decided to buy a new Volvo. I would recommend going somewhere else with your business.

First I arrive and am informed it'll be about two hours. I said ok I'll wait. I have no ride anyways. Then they come back and say it'll be 4 hours and they can give me a ride home and back to get my car I said ok. That was at 10:45am. I also had an appointment set up. So it wasn't a walk in. Then 4:10pm comes around and no call so I call and they say it's almost ready but they don't do shuttle service past 4pm. So I had to wait till the next morning. Then morning comes and no call or news about my car. So again I call at around 11am. They say call back around 1pm because Jim was at lunch. I did and my car was not ready apparently. I had to call back before 4 so I don't miss the shuttle service again. I was never informed of what was going on with my car. And when I did finally get a hold of Jim he stated my car needed to stay longer because I had wiring issues and it was going to be another 400 to run just the diagnostic. He got rude over the phone once he noticed I was not budging and willing to leave my car. I told him why would you mess with the wiring when I never said I had issues with the lights and he says "well now you do." I said no am not paying for that all I needed was an oil change and OnStar ran a diagnostic and said it was an emissions issue. He then says "hold on, oh I have the wrong file here in front of me." Didn't bother to apologize. All I wanted was an oil change and the check engine light was on. Which OnStar ran a diagnostic and told me what it was. I was still charged for it here because they ran a diagnostic even though I went in knowing what was wrong with it. Jim never once apologized for not informing me of anything or for keeping my car two whole days! First time and last time I take my car here. I always take my car for maintenance at the dealership where I bought my car from. But I just recently moved here and it was the worst. Very rude. The only nice person was the girl who took my car at the day and time of my appointment.

I gave them chances over and over and over they just suck at customer service, you bring the car in for an oil change 500.00 dollars later they keep finding stuff and dont even fix what they found in the first place. Try to book an appointment online 5 minutes later they call you to let you know they dont have any until the following week then why are they open spots online? Just horrible service left and right

Service center Managers are the worst. They don't know automotive terminology nor do they have any proper training in customer service. This is a direct reflection on ownership and Company leaders. I can't Imagine how the service technicians would take care of a vehicle if this is the impression you receive at the counter....under qualified for the position.

After a painful year and a half of waiting for my 2021 C8 Corvette, it finally arrived! The whole staff is super friendly and professional. Thanks Christine! I highly recommend finding your next car from Suburban.

We just purchased a truck with an absolutely fun and excellent salesperson Christine. Our experience was perfect. They worked hard to get us the price we needed and looked for any discounts in warranty or gap insurance they could find for us. We have felt truly valued as customers with this dealership and we highly recommend them.

BEST car buying experience EVER (and we've purchased several vehicles)! Christine was friendly and professional without being pushy. Jeremy and Asit went above and beyond to give us a fair amount for our trade as well as the lowest rate. Highly recommend!

After purchasing a Chevy Volt with suburbanChevrolet I was initiated with requests after request to give them a giant thumbs up....yet I did not respond because I was having problems with my 2017 Chevy Volt. Being a new electric car owner I thought maybe I was not shutting down the car properly. So I consulted with two 2017 volt owners that confirmed that I did have a problem. I contacted the dealer and was assured that they would fix it in two days time, yet they had my car nearly a week and when it was returned to me it had additional problems!! AND spare bolts left in the cup holders in the back seat!@#. NOT ONLY has the car been purchased with pre-existing problems but they have created MORE problems and the service depart doesn't seem to care! They act like I am an inconvenience to them! And guess what...I have not been asked once for my review since I contacted them with these problems!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado in September 2019. We had to take it to the shop in May 2020 which costed $1k. Then just 3 days ago the truck completely turns off on the highway and we had to get it towed to a shop. We have had it barely over a year and the shop told us it's pretty much totaled, it'll cost around $10k to fix. This is ridiculous for a 2014 and a car we purchased from the dealership a little over a year ago. They sell crappy trucks and you'll be out more money than what the vehicle is worth. We will never buy from them again and will make sure to steer anyone we know away from this place.

Ed Ashworth was a great salesman. He helped me tremendously in trying to find an appropriate truck for my towing needs. As well as a couple of programs for reducing my cost (CostCo and Military). Ed was helpful without being pushing. Not a high-pressure sales guy.I did end up buying at another Dealership (almost 100 miles away) only because they had the truck I wanted/needed.

One of the BEST service experiences! Thank you to James Brown (the Godfather of Chevy Service, LOL!) and the service team for helping a broken down out-of-towner get his Duramax Silverado going again! On Friday of a 3-day weekend, slotted me in, got the needed parts and made sure we were well informed of progress on the repair the whole time. In at 9:30AM and back on the road by 3:30PM. Thank you, Suburban Chevrolet!
