Price gouging Had headlight replaced, was charged $428.23 for the bulb, can buy exact same GM authentic part for $124.68. When called and questioned was treated rudely by service manager and was told that is what we charge. Crooks!!! !

Selling our car with Jo was a quick and smooth process. She was so considerate of our time and so friendly. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable process. We told her we were only interested in selling and did not want to be pressured to purchase or trade in the vehicle and she was true to her word, we were never asked or pressured to do anything we didn’t talk about. They also came back with the highest offer and the paperwork took less than five minutes. It was a holiday weekend and she was able to have the check to us the next day as promised, on a Saturday, and she offered to drive it out to us! We will definitely keep them in mind for the purchase of our next vehicle or when it comes time to sell another. Thank you for making this such a fun process. Go see Jo, you won’t regret it!!

I have been buying new vehicles from Jerry for almost 40 years, all the way back when he was at the other end of town across from 7-11 new Pete Carlson when he was at the RV dealership in mid town Sandy, Jerry was always a great guy , a stand up man and never played games, many years ago I brought my truck in for service and he handled me the keys to his own truck and said go get something to eat....I will miss those days but I did go into suburban Chevrolet and bought a new traverse, told the finance guy I don't want to put my physical address on the application because I don't have a mail box and only wanted to give my p.o.box of almost 40 years, never the less they gave the finance company my physical address as my mailing address after I even wrote on the application to not use that address and boom just like that I get a call from the financial company saying I was late on my payment, I did call Chevrolet and told them I haven't got a bill yet and they said to just sit and wait it will show up and assured me they gave them my p.o. box, mistakes happened and i totally get that but when i brought it to their attention they literally did nothing, i own it, its my problem and go kick rocks, they will jump on here and say they want to do whatever they can to make it rite.....spent over 6 hrs on tge phone trying to fix what they did and ended up having to go into a local branch to change my address, hate to say it but the days of suburban auto group is gone, its just another b.s. car lot.....and yes i gave them many opportunities to fix this they choose not to.will never buy another vehicle from them again!

The "service airbag" light on the dash will stay on forever because GM does not make the parts to fix it anymore.

Top notch service. really. it was an easy purchase process. good support from start to finish. they picked me up at the airport (and were there early when my plane arrived early!). The porter driver was a good chat, and Michael the salesman was honest and direct about the vehicle. upon my inspection, the car proved to be as advertised, no surprises. the dealer was quick and happy to put the car on a lift so that I could inspect underneath - again no surprises, just a super clean and well preserved vehicle. Drove her home 600miles without a hitch, smiling at that Honda V6 VTEC kickin' in Yo' ! hahaha
