Everyone that I came in contact with on that day were all extremely polite and professional. The facility was clean and the overall experience was quite pleasant. Big shout out to the seller that made sure I understood the paperwork, as well as the personnel who ensured I knew how to set up and program the vehicle prior to departing. Great experience.

Sales person Robert was great. Not pushy and was informed about what he was selling. He also followed through after sale. Only slight negative is the truck still had white film in places and quite a bit of sticky residue in other places which i removed. Also the window sticker disappeared but Robert ordered a new one.

I recently had to replace a part on my parents' Ford Explorer, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused about the warranty information provided by the service representative. When I inquired about the warranty period for the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part, the response I received was, "It's too hard to say." According to the representative, the warranty would not cover damage caused by the owner, but they couldn't provide me with a concrete answer regarding the actual warranty terms.This lack of clarity and inconsistency in providing warranty information left me dissatisfied with the customer service experience. In search of clear information, I decided to visit the official Ford website, where I found that the warranty for OEM parts is typically 2 years with unlimited mileage, albeit with some stipulations.The discrepancy between what I was told and the easily accessible information on Ford's website raises concerns about the transparency and knowledge of the service representatives. As a customer, I value clear and accurate information when dealing with warranty matters. In this case, I had to take matters into my own hands to find the information I needed, which is not an ideal customer experience.In the future, it would be beneficial for the service department to ensure that its representatives are well-informed about warranty terms for OEM parts. Clear and accurate communication is crucial for building trust and confidence among customers. This experience serves as a reminder that customers should always double-check important warranty information to avoid potential misunderstandings or discrepancies.In conclusion, the service experience in question could have been greatly improved with more consistent and transparent communication regarding warranty details. Customers rely on accurate information to make informed decisions, and this instance highlights the need for improvement in this area.

I had an outstanding car buying experience! Zach Schwartz and the rest of the team were very welcoming and knowledgeable. He listened and patiently answered all my questions. It was obvious that he was more concerned with making sure I was completely happy with my purchase, rather than just selling another vehicle. Ed and the finance team were amazing to work with. We got two new business trucks and they worked hard to get us a fair price and best rates possible. I hade to drive an hour back to the sign again for a better rate a few days after, and they filled my truck with fuel!

Very relaxed, absolutely no pressure and quick! The price we had been negotiating was the final price. Mason did great in sales and Amy made us feel like old friends as we went through all of the paperwork. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!We normally dread buying a car but with the honest and friendly service we now know where to go. Thank you so much for the experience.

I have been jerked around for almost a year on this car! The check engine light came on 3 days after we accepted delivery. I took it back and was told not to worry about it, just drive it and it will go out. (I was told that it had something to do with the fuel door) The engine light did go out only to come back on again. This has been happening more and more frequently and it started loosing power. I was told that I would have to make an appointment because it would take some time to analyze it with the computer. I made the appointment, the light went off the day before the appointment. This happened again and again. Finally when the light was on I drove the car to the dealership and told them I want the car fixed, I am tired of this.I was given an extended bumper to bumper warranty for 1 year when I bought the vehicle and this has been drug out for almost that long. At the rate things are going the warranty will probably be expired by the time I get the car back.I bought this vehicle thinking that I would get relief from car trouble. Instead I have had almost a year of stress due to the dealership not taking care of the problem right away.This is a "certified used car" the warranty covers a loaner car while it is in the shop yet when I asked about a loaner vehicle Robin said she would have to check on it and get back to me on Monday morning. She didn't get back to me. We didn't get a loaner car until the car had been in the shop for a week. This was very inconvenient due to the work schedules of my family members.So the likelihood of my giving a good referral for this dealership at this point in time is very low.

TahoeI had a consultation with Ed Ashworth and told him we were looking for a new silver metallic Tahoe. He reviewed the different model types offered: premium, Z71, LS, LT, RST. I test drove and Ed showed me all the feature offerings. He checked on availability, prices, payments, warranties, ran our credit, checked interest rates with different credit unions for us. Ed found a Tahoe that matched our needs and took our deposit to hold the vehicle. He had the SUV picked up from the port and provided ETA updates. The paper work was ready before we arrived to sign and pick up the SUV. The down payment, signing was quick and efficient. We got to see our Tahoe for the first time. It was better than we could have imagined and the price point was reasonable. Ed sat with us while we looked at the all buttons and explained everything until we were comfortable and understood all the capabilities with dashboard, touch screen system and steering wheel. Ed over exceeded our expectations and his service was outstanding. We really appreciate his time, effort, support, guidance and expertises. I will recommend Ed to my family and friends as we are now proud Tahoe owners. It wouldn’t have been such a successful experience without him. I got my vehicle within 2 months of my consultation, which is excellent service!

I arrived at 4. Left at 5:30. The only reason that I left at 5:30 was I went to check on the status of my vehicle. While waiting I heard arguments. I would assume it was co-workers. Because I was the only customer sitting in the waiting area. When I did go up to the service desk, my work order was in a pile of orders in one of the service guy’s desk. The other workers were standing around chatting. He took care of it while I waited. I don’t think an oil change and tire rotation should take 1 1/2 hours. I was not impressed. Will find another dealership for future service.
