I’m revising my previous 5-star review based on recent experiences over the past year. I initially had a very positive impression of this UPS Store location, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ashley and her team, and later by Mandie and her team. Both Ashley and Mandie were exceptional, and their professionalism and customer care were truly appreciated.
Until recently, I knew every single team member by name, and I genuinely miss that personal connection. However, there have been several issues recently that need to be addressed. The store has experienced frequent staff turnover, and this has impacted the consistency of service. For example, mail sorting has become increasingly unreliable. On one occasion, a client sent me a package with tracking that was confirmed and signed for by the UPS Store, but I didn’t receive the usual notification. After struggling to reach someone by phone, I went to the store and was initially told there was nothing in my box and no record of the package. When I provided the tracking details, they eventually found it on the front counter, where it had likely been sitting for three days.
There have been other instances where I was informed that mail hadn’t arrived, only to discover later that it had indeed arrived but hadn’t been sorted yet. This inconsistency has been challenging for my small business.
The frequent staff changes suggest potential management issues, as retaining skilled team members often requires fair compensation and stable management practices.
If I didn’t already have a business address at this location, I would likely consider getting a PO Box elsewhere. I hope these issues can be resolved soon to restore the high level of service that was once exemplified by Ashley and Mandie.

I’m sad I have to write this, but this used to be the best ran UPS store (Sandy) I’ve ever been in. We come in so often the employees knew who we were, they all worked well together helping each other out. But no longer, not sure what happened but it’s a mess now. Lines are always slow, I have to wait in them to get my mail, which is very frustrating, and a few employees are just rude and not friendly. So so bummed

I came in with 5 or 6 Amazon things to return, one of which was a real pain in the booty. Shauny helped with all of it, while also helping other customers when I needed to step aside to get info off my phone. She was helpful and awesome through the whole interaction. Thank you so much!
