I went in to ship a couple of boxes and when I got there, there was one clerk and a line of people. Despite it being later in the afternoon, and temporarily working solo, Mandy was wonderful. She had a big smile, an upbeat, chipper attitude and she was very friendly and helpful. Her co-worker arrived just as she was getting to the end of the line.Mandy was very efficient and knew how to do her job well. And she greeted many customers by calling them by name. She seemed to know a lot of the customers and have a great repoire with them.Way to go Mandy!

Over the last few years I've used this location about 5 times, only for returns. Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. I was the only one in the store, the middle aged woman didn't verbally acknowledge me at all. No hello, welcome, how can I help you, nothing. She never walked me through the return process, just scan and move the package, scan and move the package, not saying a word. I started to ask if I would get anything confirming shipment and she cut me off and said "yep" and handed me a receipt. That was it, no thank you, have a good day, need anything else. Very rude.

It's the holidays, lines are long and peopled are rushed...and yet the team at the Sandy UPS Store calmly and efficiently works with each and every customer with smiles and care.Today we had one of the holiday hauls and one package was going to Hawaii which initially was essentially 5x what we were actually shipping over there. By the time the sticker shock faded, the manager was already over helping to find us a more economical option...and just like that we saved 2/3 or the original rate.I just really appreciated that even when it was busy they came together to help us out. I know it's only going to get busier as the days get closer, so remember to be patient as they make sure to treat each customer right!Happy Holidays

They should post hours for notary services on Google maps.Notary services close 45 min before their written closing time.

WOW! They charged me an unadvertised $1.50 to use their computer to print my UPS shipping label, when I was shocked at the cost to print 1 page (black and white) they explained they have a $3 fee to 'use their computer' and she was giving me a 'deal'. This is pretty blatant, equivalent of getting charged a $100 for a cup of coffee in a foreign country. Hilariously the customer next to me thought that was a good deal!!! Price gouging and they can't even give their drivers AC, what a great company.

called about hour before I showed up to make sure they do notary on an important time limited document . The website says open until 6:00 on the notary page, the lady said yea until 5:15 we do notary . I drove 20 min to get to this location. I get here at 4:40 and the two women said no they stop doing notary at 4:30 . I said I called they said 5:15. They both said they don't know who I spoke w but that's wrong and the lady at the counter who does notary doesn't feel good so she can't do it . I wouldn't have wasted my time , gas. Terrible customer service , rude and ill never go here

I was worried when a delivery of $339.80 worth of medications didn't show up over a week after had been shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. It turned out UPS had delivered the package to the house across the street whose owner is out of the country. My address was clearly shown on my mailbox, on my side of the street, with 3 inch high reflective letters. My neighbor's address is also clearly shown on his mailbox, on his side of the street.

Every time I come in here, the people are always so friendly! There could be a huge line and they still deliver such great service, nothing is ever a problem and the line moves pretty quick (without the customer feeling rushed). I recently got passport photos done and the woman who took them was incredible, I felt like I was at a photo shoot, ha! She went to great care to make sure they were at a high standard (which is exactly what’s needed). Thank you!

They charge for every single thing. Even if you are needing 6 inch of tape to seal a small box = $1.35. Where is the small town hospitality? Brittany even gave an attitude " it's posted on the sign, you are suppose to tape it before shipping". Must have good reviews because it's the only one in town.

Drove to Sandy because the web site said they were open on Sunday at 10. Sign on the door said they were closed for Father's Day. Wasted my time & gas. Why have a web page if it isn't accurate?
