The bank has credited a check to my account twice, same check. Ridiculous! So the person who wrote me the check has been charged twice. Their bank has to do an audit before giving back his money and it takes 10 business days. What a mess.

Just a heads up for Sandy people: I tried depositing my weekends cash tips in to the sandy US bank branches ATM machine and an error occurred while it was trying to take my cash. Long story short the ATM basically ate my money, didn't deposit none of it. The bank employees there can't do anything about it and I've been on the phone with US bank trying to get my cash back. Im sure that this could happen at ANY ATM, but be safe! Count your money before you deposit it and use the actual teller if possible!

The wait time for service in this branch has always been exceedingly long for me. The tellers seem to have new issues arise constantly from other departments or drive-through customers, and can't service people in the line until they clear up some time. But, friendly service, and they always apologize for the wait.
