I recently just started an account here. I was hesitant to start one cause I thought it would be difficult and take up most of my day. It didn't! In fact the lady that helped me was very kind, thorough and understanding. Setting up an account was super easy and took about 30 min. Their app seems very high quality as well, making it much simpler to keep up to date on my finances!

Impossible to reach local branch by phone. Messages and emails not returned after more than 3 days. May as well just bank with an online only bank.

They are always closed never open posted hours say your open but it’s 2 on a Tuesday and your closed wtf!! 90%of the Time your closed no explanation just we r closed! Why!!!!!! How are people supposed to go and or plan when to go if it’s closed mid day middle of the week constantly

It feels like I live in Venezuela when I come here. The people are great, but it is INSANE that I cannot go inside. US BANK it is time to open your doors. Things are better right now, and it feel like you are just trying to save money by not having as many employees to HELP people. Time to open up.

The vault teller is the only sane one there. When he's gone it's falling apart. The tellers are rude, and take advantage of the "cleaning time", any chance they can take to ignore customers they do, they pretend to be mangers when you ask for a manager! When they don't like what you say they say oh you asked for management and try to tell you their version of what really happened at the end of your conversation. When you ask to have a manager call you he never does. Worst us bank I've come in contact with. We will be leaving us bank due to this branch. SO disappointed

Needs to hire additional bank tellers. Every time I visit this branch there’s a line backed up to the door with folks just sitting on their computers to the right while there’s 1 teller trying to take care of everyone. I don’t have time to spend 20 minutes sitting in line every time I come to the bank.

Heather Howard at the Sandy Branch saved my sanity this week! My account number was compromised. I had to put a hold on my account and Heather actually stayed at work late to make sure my deposits would not be affected and to answer all of my questions. She made a next day appointment to set up my new account and even helped me list all of my subscriptions. Heather provided such excellent service I'll prefer to work with her in the future.

My card was “retained” by the ATM at this branch. Went inside and called my bank. Confirmed there are no issues with my card and account but the manager at US Bank said they were not going to help me get my card back. They were not willing to look into things or call my bank who offered to talk to US Bank. So you took my property and will not return it... Horrible customer service! My bank was dumbfounded when I told them this.
