I now know why this post office has such a low rating. Customer service is way less than desirable. If there was another post office within resonable distance I would go there. Mailing probably 30 to 40 packages a week. Glad to see my hard earned tax money going to these people who have attitude for having to do there job. Slam the door our tax dollars will fix it.

If I could give zero stars. I would. Anything important, they loose or should I say “keep”. Thrice they state on the tracking that it arrived in our mail box, but never showed. So what exactly are they stating they placed in my mail box?! One item they say they delivered. After complaining and reporting that they did NOT give me anything , well over a whole month and a half later. My package magically arrived. Now we see missing a Passport (SUPER IMPORTANT). Are they not delivering our stuff and keeping for themselves or can they not read a stupid apartment number and FIND the CORRECT box that matches that number.

They refused to stop delivering the hood view valley news to my house-which is well know conservative propaganda. It should be absolutely illegal to send this material in the first place given the amount of lies and blatant racism and sexism it regularly spews, but at the least they should not send it to a home that asks for it to stop,

The Sandy Post Office is an example what a customer service should be! Always friendly, always smile... What a grate job ladys!!!

I have never had anything but excellent service here, If I have something labeled incorrectly, they help me figure out the right way to do it, They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful !! Nice to see their smiling faces :)

Surprised to see full parking lot but 3 mail clerks moved the short line quickly. Knowledgeable staff and one lady was happy go lucky and stood out above the rest!

I would like to say that I pay for my post at the antique Brightwood usps. But.... I do all my shipping and parcel at the Sandy Oregon post because the front desk girls are kind, helpful, respectful and amazing! Always makes my day when I go to the Sandy post!

I remember when this place was a good place to go. The Red head with long nails and attitude needs to find a job that’s not dealing with “customers”She needs a job where she works for herself..I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was having a bad day? But how many bad days does this girl have? If we can sign a petition to get her removed, that would be great!!She’s Not only rude to me every time but to others too, It’s sad.I gave her attitude back finally!!and that seemed to have her back off.. I’m nice and understanding and very respectful, until I’m not, don’t ” F “ with me, I will serve you a dish you won’t like.Again, RED head long nails you need to go.. breaks my heart to see you treat people the way you do. You’re obviously miserable and need to assess yourself before you show your face in public.

Stay far away from this place. In the last month they lost TWO of my outgoing packages. To make matters even worse, the red headed attendant has an attitude problem the size of, well, her. & the ironically titled post "master" is as of little help as his haplessly ran office. Now I'm going to have to spend hours running through the labyrinth of garbage "customer service" to get a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with this post office, they keep saying i moved and returning my packages. I have had multiples important business packages returned, I pay my bills on time and still they disrespect me and don't care to help. Ash is very rude and acts passive aggressive. The service here has gone downhill in the last two years, not worth coming here anymore, i will take my business somewhere else
