Used only the Fed Ex drop off inside the store. But the person who waited on me was very nice and helped me right away.

Lately, Sept/Oct. this location has closed the pharmacy due to staffing issues. No longer a reliable pharmacy in my opinion so we transferred to another local pharmacy that is always reliable and open during normal business hours. It's a shame because it was very convenient to get to but most need their pharmacies to be reliable and open.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARE OREGON. Don't listen to the web site, it's a lie. I confirmed they accept Care Oregon when I made the appointment only to be turned away at the counter. Waste of my time and now I am not vaccinated before traveling. Worst pharmacy ever.

Seriously the worst customer service in the pharmacy. Customers are treated like the biggest inconvenience, and staff is incredibly lazy about doing simple things like verifying they have your phone number set up for notifications. Staff needs massive training in customer service.

Save your time and go to another pharmacy, my average wait time is 40 min even if I call it in the day before. I have waited up to one and a half hrs before after being told 20 minutes!

Didn't have a prescription in the right mg. And didn't call anyone else in the area guess what 5 miles Gresham had it waited 3 days in pain and had to find out myself.

I was "forced" to use this pharmacy because they were the only store in the extended Portland area that had the pharmaceutical product I needed. I thought it might be fun to see if folks in rural Sandy got better service at a pharmacy than us big city folks.Unfortunately the folks who dispense the pharmacy items do not know how to read and interpret the crappy prescription labels that the Walgreens corporate system has come up with. When I picked up the item I was given 4 injectable pens and the Quantity field on the prescription read "QTY 4" so this seemed to make sense. I was at the drive though so I did not want to block the next customer for too long and trusted the staff had given me the right prescription.Apparently they missed giving me my second box of this product so that I would get 8 pens that contained 4ml of product. Based on this error they essential over-billed my insurance company for over a thousand dollars. If head office gives you a crappy system to use, please train your staff on it's shortcomings and how to correctly deal with it. Hopefully head office will fix the Quantity field and put in the unit of measurement (like Pens, ml, mg or what ever). The prescription management system should also know that if they are giving out two boxes of product, it should print two labels where one label included "Box 1 of 2" and the other "Box 2 of 2". That way both the staff and the customer are 100% tracking to what should be handed off and accounted for.

The worst pharmacy ever. Not all the employees are rude and disrespectful but that lady who just stands in front of a computer and never makes eye contact is on a power trip. They are the only ones that have my meds in town but I'm thinking Gresham isn't that far away.

Notified that they needed to order more to fulfill the script and it'd be ready the next day after 4pm. Show up at 6pm, no luck and no notification that they were still short. Turns out they have over half of what I was prescribed and I can opt. to take that for the meantime. Told the fill time will be 15min. I'm the only one here and there are 3 techs on shift...

When you call in a prescription refill they always say that it will be ready, " tomorrow, anytime after 12:00 noon." which is rarely true. They really need to change that part of the recording. That's lying to their customers.

Staff are often late from lunch and the hours are STILL incorrect. It’s quite irresponsible of this business to get their pharmacy hours incorrect as you never know what someone may need…
