Billing problems every visit. 20+ min or longer waiting for perscriptions that are "ready for pick up" constant billing errors with dual covered insurance. High costs for perscriptions and not able to fill 90 day supply orders even though the doctor perscribes them. Do not use this location.

The pharmacy is super slow and filling up prescription takes more than 24 hours to get a prescription filled out for 30 pills if they need help they can ask if I can count 30 pills

Thank you for being open some hours this Christmas. I hope employees were given split shifts so no one had to work all of Christmas! I unexpextedly needed medicine and diapers for my Niece, and was grateful I didn't need to drive to Portland!

I'm out of my meds and because I have a new insurance, I was told I'd have to transfer my script over. It's been 3 days now of being out of my meds and they still haven't transferred the script to the new pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I recently moved my RX from another pharmacy hoping it would be better, but I am moving everything right back to where it was. The staff has made careless mistakes, given false information, YELLED at me and other customers...and today the whole store is closed and my time sensitive RX is just sitting there unretreivable. Theresa is in need of an extreme attitude adjustment, and is 50% of the problem. I thought the first time she might be having a bad day, but this is a regular thing for her. The young, blonde guy that worked there until last month was my first red flag and I should have just nipped it in the bud. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy if you can.

This pharmacy sucks. It's the only one in town who takes my insurance. They take a lifetime to refill presrcptions. Do not call when they don't have something in stock an wait for you to drive up. They never have the prescription ready by the time they have given. They're not friendly to people who are injured or having surgery an always expect them to wait 15 to 30 minutes in the parking lot to scurry around to find the meds, even when the app says your meds are ready.

The worst pharmacy ever. Not all the employees are rude and disrespectful but that lady who just stands in front of a computer and never makes eye contact is on a power trip. They are the only ones that have my meds in town but I'm thinking Gresham isn't that far away.

The male pharmacist is incompetent and incredibly rude. This pharmacy makes so many mistakes that effect patients getting their meds on time.

Every time we are trying to get medication asap for my girlfriends recovery from surgery I call before even leaving the hospital. Never have it ready after the hour drive from Portland hospital to sandy. And now they don’t take her insurance and it’s been 2 days trying to get it transferred over to fredmeyer. They won’t send the fax over and call them to get it handled. It’s fine she’s just sitting here crying for 2 days straight in pain and suffering guys ?

Never had any issues here. The only grumpy person I've dealt with is the chola lookin chick, but she was still on top of sh!t and got me in and out in a timely manner.

Prescription for cancer treatment shouldn't take days, they never have prescriptions filled timely. They never call either.

SO slow. And customer service is absent. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere in sandy. I know the drive through seems convenient and faster, but you actually save time going into safe pharmacy! And they are kind at Safeway. The team here is just rude. I came here for a year, almost weekly picking up medication and it just only got worse. I know they are swamped, but it’s not the customers fault and they make you feel like an inconvenience.

Every time I've been in this location, people have always greeted me at the door and had a friendly demeanor. Today Brittany was especially helpful by looking up pricing information on photos. She also informed me of the coupon that I would be able to take advantage of through Saturday. I'm really glad that Brittany was the one that answered the phone. You know how some folks can make you feel like "they have something better to do" then answer more than two questions? Not Brittany, she went above and beyond and was very helpful! Thank you.

It’s very irritating when it’s right before Christmas time and you have a $5 back coupon but apparently the lady at the register didn’t know how to scan it, so I “couldn’t” use it.. that’s about the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Why wouldn’t I be able to use a coupon I just got from the pharmacist 20mins before checking out & that’s not expired?? She tells me “well you can just use it next time”. I don’t shop here frequently and hardly ever spend enough to get the $5 back. Awful customer service! It’s the damn holidays for crying out load and $5 is $5. Train your employees better Walgreens..
