Wondered why I saw so many paper sack pieces littering the Sandy Fred Meyer parking lot. Then as 2 bags ripped open when the clerk tried to lift a bag that was not heavily packed, and 2 more ripped as I tried to load them in the car, I understood the pieces floating around the lot. I lifted from the bottom too. Your new cheaper, and cheaper quality bags are a total fail. Fix it.

Our county is under a mask ordinance. The Sandy Fred Meyer is not enforcing it. After I saw two customers without masks inside, I asked the store manager to enforce it. He told me there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t force people to wear masks and he wasn’t going to ask them to leave. They were there longer than I was. I’m never going back. They don’t care about people getting sick.

Can/bottle return is really lacking and slacking customer service. Young manager needs an attitude adjustment. Discriminating against single white women. If you don’t have children you can’t return more bottles or cans then 144. If you have children you can double or triple the amount you’re returning regardless of what age the children are.

One month ago we ordered groceries from Fred Myers. With Insta cart. $150 dollars in groceries went to someone else's house. Who's we don't know. One month later still no refund of the money. Stuck in the middle of two companies pointing fingers at each other. What a joke they both are. Use caution in choosing to shop here. The service is crap! Thank goodness it wasn't the last $150 we had. Or our family would have been screwed. Switching to Safeway by Fred Myers our money will no longer support you and your BS ways of customer service

To Fred Meyers I am a regular and can’t find toilet paper, that is because they are buying all of it up and reselling it online for a huge profit, I would appreciate you limiting how much they can buy so that your regular customers can add toilet paper to their grocery list
