“This has been my Les Schwab Tire Center for 12 years, and I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations over the almost 4 decades I have been a customer. But this location stands above all the others. Maybe it's me, but I find when you go into the store with a good attitude, the energy you project gets absorbed by the people serving you and it reflects in the pride and quality of their work. I truly feel like family at this location. I've heard bad attitudes about the company from one person's experience here and there...and in each case, I could tell that the person really was someone who wasn't happy unless they found something to complain about. Makes me wonder how many bad reviews or experiences are about the person, not the service. We gain what we give.
