This is truly a special place. I am grateful to have taken a course with Thea Strom here last weekend on animal communication. It was so lovely to be welcomed and joined by one of the owners, Susie, who is a ray of light. Her love, care and connection to the animals is immediately felt all around. The grounds are beautiful and the animals seem to be at such peace.

I just attended an Animal Communications weekend class here taught by Thea Strom. 10/10 would recommend. I got to meet Suzi, one of the owners. I found her to be incredibly welcoming, thoughtful and kind. I would definitely make a return visit. Thank you for hosting us! I left feeling inspired, joyful and fulfilled. What a special experience. I can sense the effort, care and commitment to the well being of all the animals here!

I just attended yet another amazing workshop at Zeb’s Wish. This was Animal Communication by Thea Strom. I highly recommend checking out both and please send donations to Zeb’s as the work and healing they provide is unparalleled imho.

THE #1 horse rescue in the PNW. The care & genuine love & respect these folks have for animals AND people is unsurpassed. They don’t over dramatize to fundraise & they take in some tough cases. They work diligently to be sustainable financially, with the space on earth they inhabit, and emotionally. They recognize that as horrible as animal neglect is, it’s almost always a symptom of human suffering. I’ve seen them offer help in such loving ways while still being fiercely protective of the animals in dire need of rescuing. I’ve worked pretty closely with a number of animal rescues over the years and not a single one comes close to the ethics the folks running Zeb’s Wish display in everything they do. The world is a better place with Zeb’s on it.

My father lived in Sandy Oregon for nearly all of his adult life as a farmer. He passed away and I wanted to start monthly donations for a horse sanctuary in honor of him. Horses were his helpmates all throughout his life. He loved them dearly and couldn' have managed without them.I clicked the link for zebs wish and was delighted when I saw they were Sandy based. I felt like it was serendipity. I contacted them several times but never managed to reach them. It looks like a wonderful charity. Therefore, I am giving them five stars but wanted to encourage people to make sure they are up and running before sending donations.

I met Suzi and Zebs Wish when we adopted our mini donkeys from the rescue. We knew when adopting them that we would always have a lifeline for our little guys if anything went wrong in our world and sadly it did.Two years later, my wife was now suffering severe Alzheimers with dementia and it was getting nearly impossible to care for my wife and keep the equines we love so much safe from open gates and over feeding related colics from my well meaning wife.Suzi (the Zebs Wish Director) was very kind, was able to help us keep them safe, and taking a load off of me by not only taking back our donkeys but helping with our mini horses as well.Their concern over not disturbing my wife during their loading was awesome and she and her helpers quietly removed the 4 little ones.Forward to 1/9/21. Zebs Wish returned upon my request to help find a safe situation for our remianing 1 big horse.Same thoughtful concern as before. Job well done. Most important is they went over the top to be sure placement of all 5 was the best possible homes!I can not say enough kind words for Zebs Wish and Suzi. They are just the best, most honest, and caring people and place.Love is the flower, and they sow the seeds.Just like Roxy Musics More Than This....More than Zebs Wish... there is nothing

Great people working on a critically needed mission. I've been volunteering with Zeb's for about two years, and we've seen the difference Zeb's makes in the lives of both equines and people. Can't say enough good things.

I've been volunteering for Zeb's Wish for nearly two years as an equine foster family. In this time I have seen horses come back to life from horrid situations. Zeb's focus is on the equines recovery and not on how fast can we get this animal adopted out or how much it will cost. Through fundraising efforts all of the equines get top notch medical care, to include alternative medicines as well. There is a GREAT group of volunteers running this organization and NO ONE gets paid, all of the money goes directly to the animals needs.

Zebs Wish is exactly what a rescue/sanctuary should be. I am so impressed with how they not only rescue horses themselves but help when they don't have the room to find other options. Great place, wonderful caring people. Can not say enough for their compassion, caring for the animals and people alike, and transparency of any financial actions.

Zeb's Wish Sanctuary is heaven on earth for our equine friends and the volunteers are angels. They provide safe forever homes for these animals and for the balance of their lives they feel human love and caring which up until the time they arrived at the sanctuary foreign to them. Any donation you make to this sanctuary is money well spent.

These people put their heart and soul into this sanctuary. the love and dedication is beyond reproach! The herd is just wonderful from the magnificent Bhodi to the lovable Benny. The horses, goats, donkeys, and mules are all cared for by people who know what they are doing! Let's keep this sanctuary going strong!!!
