“Took my F-150 in for some transmission issues. They recommended that it be rebuilt (which was exactly what the Ford dealer told me). Since it's return I've put a couple of hundred miles on it now and all is good. The repair took longer than they expected due to a part they were waiting for. This caused me some angst because of a travel trailer I had rented. I was able to borrow another truck to pick up the trailer, but was going to have to make another trip into town to pick up my truck for the trip home. However Shawn, the shop advisor on my work, felt bad about the delay and delivered the truck to my campsite. Completely unexpected and above and beyond their responsibility. Definitely recommend this company.”
“I have been taking my vehicles to David’s for many years now, over 10 and they’ve NEVER done me wrong. They don’t oversell you, they tell you when it’s not worth doing something, even if it would make them money, they give you the best advice and treat you with such respect. As a woman I’ve Experienced other shops treating me less or like I’m stupid because of my gender. David’s does not do that. They are thorough, honest and the work they do holds up. Best local shop in my opinion, and if it makes any difference, my husband agrees as well..”

“Shawn and his mechanics are awesome. They don't overcharge like other shops do and they only fix what is needed to be fixed. Had some service done and my car is still a work in progress but it's been wonderful so far with the service.

“Taylor, Henry and the staff at the Scappoose Les Schwab are Outstanding to work with. My Daughters only Vehicle had a flat and with two toddlers it couldn’t wait to be repaired. Taylor quickly scheduled a Mobile unit to our home to assess and repair the tire. Henry got here within moments of the call. He assessed and replaced the bad tire with the spare, took the damaged tire back to the shop for completion of the emergency service. Thanks to them my daughter has a functioning vehicle. “Had to stop for an emergency oil refill while on a business trip (cap came off after last change apparently).
I knew my oil type, and had it in stock in several sizes... They were able to look up the part and even had in stock; I was super impressed it was on hand. Was just going to have them look up the part for me, and order it to the store back home.
They even let me barrow a funnel, since I was at the top of my limit with the cap, and my plan was just to make one out of a paper cup otherwise.
The gentleman who helped was very professional and polite, and proficient at as his job. But everyone there was, including the other customer. Very pleased. 10/10 would shop there again.”
