I'm a big Goodwill shopper but I hadn't been into this location until last week - my gosh, I have never, ever seen a tidier and more organized GW in my entire life! And every staff member was really nice and helpful and on top of every single thing - that place is definitely being run by pros who care about it.

horrible customer service. beth and kayla specifically are terrible. they sold an item out from under me to another customer and then made it out to be my fault and told me there was nothing they could do. very unprofessional. probably the worst goodwill i’ve been to ever.

If you want to be treated poorly— shop at this store.
Beth is very rude and inconsiderate and should not be working with customers. Kayla was incredibly unhelpful and because of them, I will not be shopping at this Goodwill again. Absolutely terrible. 👎🏼

The inventory at this location is ok, but could be better. I'm usually able to find something I like though. Staff are ok, not rude, but not super friendly either. Most of the time they just seem kinda bored.. Must be a lack of morale? Place is always clean and organized.My complaint is that, I noticed a clothing item I really liked had a broken tie/bow detail in the back, it was just hanging off the garment, but I had the means to fix it at home, so thinking I would only have to pay 2 or 3 bucks for it, I went to buy it. The original price was 9.99. The sales associate cashing me out, called who I assumed was the manager over, and she dryly re-priced it for 7.99.. for a damaged garment that was donated to them! Seems greedy.

Great variety and isn’t too picked over, however pretty pricey these days. Cleanest bathrooms in Scappoose tho!

Second time here and both times were a disappointment. The store is clean, but has really bad inventory. GW must send the good items to other stores because there isn’t anything worth buying at this location.

This store is super overpriced. I looked in there selection of clothing and a pair of carharts where 40$ used. The service they offer is horrible. Just overpriced.
